The Ace Hotel Brooklyn is located in Boerum Hill, on the outskirts of Downtown Brooklyn, about a block from the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Station and at the crossroads of everything. We designed Ace Brooklyn from the ground up, every piece in service of the borough's ceaseless ingenuity, made to move and breathe right along with the city itself, as the next chapter in Ace's long relationship with New York. The hotel's Brutalist front blends smoothly with interiors inspired by European modernists' raw artist studio spaces, thanks to longstanding Ace partners Roman and Williams. Guest rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of Manhattan, Staten Island, and the Statue of Liberty, as well as a common lobby and a large-scale installation by artist Stan Bitters. We created a lush indoor garden with a double-sided fireplace and sawtooth skylight, as well as lots of indoor and outdoor work spaces for our neighbors and visitors — a permanent home to carry on the city's great legacy of people doing things their way, together. Spaces for Events The Ace Hotel Brooklyn's highly adjustable event rooms were created to serve a never-ending borough, designed to move and breathe in tandem with the metropolis. Each location is a versatile and spacious canvas that can be used for everything from intimate weddings to culinary seminars, album launches, dinners, and celebrations. Gallery With year-round featured exhibitions and talks, our gallery space, which has an oculus skylight, provides as a continual showcase for local artists and artisans. Atrium Our second floor Atrium, a high-ceilinged event area capable of hosting wedding receptions, full moon parties, or anything else you might need a big room for, is flooded with natural light and an able host for wedding receptions, full moon parties, or anything else you might need a big room for. The Workplace Our second-floor meeting rooms are flexible spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows and are modular and appropriate for any occasion. A comprehensive demonstration kitchen is available for classes and special occasions. The Steps The Stoop is a generously proportioned venue with a symphony of natural light and its own full bar.

Located in the heart of Brooklyn, the Prospect Park Zoo is a hidden gem for any upcoming social or corporate gathering. Conveniently located on the east side of Prospect Park, the zoo is also across the street from Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum. With an abundance of outdoor space, the Prospect Park Zoo is a great spot for hosting larger soirees during the spring and summer months. Optional indoor space can accommodate cocktail groups of upwards of 300-guests for colder and rainier times.

Developed between 1902 and 1912 in traditional Beaux-Arts style, the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank is designated as a New York City Landmark. Today, after a two year renovation and restoration effort by Culturespaces, Hall des Lumières not only preserves its architectural heritage, such as the marble bank tellers’ windows and interior, but also seamlessly integrates state-of-the-art technology for an unparalleled immersive experience. The venue is a multi-sensory experience, powered by video canvases that reflect onto the walls and floors, 130 video projectors, 54 speakers, and 22 subwoofers. Hall des Lumières totals 30,000 square feet over two levels featuring 40-foot-high ceilings and custom 100+-year-old lay lights. The venue has three separate exhibition areas: the ground floor (Historical), the lower level (Modern), & the former bank vault (Intimate). This unique fusion not only preserves the architectural and aesthetic heritage of the space but also infuses it with contemporary flair, ensuring guests enjoy both the charm of the past and the conveniences of the present.
