The venue has hosted weddings and events since 1985 and remains a family operation, now led by second-generation owners Mark and Aly Williams. The property offers two event spaces. Lakeside South is the larger of the two, with cathedral ceilings, skylights, a built-in stage, and integrated sound and lighting, and it seats up to 315 guests. Lakeside East is a more intimate banquet hall with rich earth tones, French doors opening to a lakeside deck, and a natural stone fireplace, accommodating between 50 and 200 guests. Both spaces provide indoor and outdoor options with views of the lake. Williams on the Lake handles catering in-house, with options ranging from buffet service to plated white-glove dinners and a live-grill Sizzle Package, along with full in-house bar service. The Saint Paul Hellenic Center is a multipurpose event facility in North Royalton, Ohio, operated by St. Paul Greek Orthodox Church — a parish serving the southern Cleveland suburbs since 1966. Brennan's Catering serves as the exclusive on-site caterer, providing menus for breakfast, luncheons, dinner buffets, sit-down dining, and bar service, along with wedding packages that include champagne toasts and cake cutting. The Ariel Pearl Center is a historic event venue in Cleveland, Ohio, occupying a landmark 1923 bank building — the Pearl Street Savings and Trust Bank — designed by the architectural firm Hubbell & Benes, whose other work includes the Cleveland Museum of Art and the West Side Market. The building's original character is preserved throughout: marble columns and floors, the original bank vault, stone walls, large arched windows, and a decorative plasterwork ceiling adorned with crystal chandeliers. Three distinct spaces — the Grand Hall with Rotunda and Vault, the Cocktail/Ceremony Room, and the Fireplace Room — give planners flexibility for events ranging from intimate gatherings to seated receptions of up to 250 guests. The Grand Hall, the venue's signature space, can be reconfigured to include a dance floor, accommodating 200 guests in that layout.

Lago Custom Events is the special-events division of the Salerno family's Cleveland restaurant group, founded in 2013 by Nicole and Fabio Salerno. When the family moved their original Lago restaurant from Tremont to the Flats East Bank, Lago also became the exclusive caterer to the Aloft Hotel and its property, giving rise to Lago Custom Events as a dedicated venue and catering operation on site.
