Astoria Event Venue is located 15 minutes north of downtown Dallas and is over 23,000 sqft. The main event hall is over 12,500 square feet and can easily be scaled to comfortably host sit down events with over 700 guests. Complimenting the large main space are two additional furnished suites – each one over 1,100 square feet. Astoria has 18-foot ceilings, spacious catering and prep areas (to accommodate large plated dinners), ample and convenient parking, and state of the art Audio and Video systems already installed throughout the venue. Her friends and relatives began approaching her for guidance after that, and a wedding planner was born! She has almost 20 years of experience in the field. Sara joined Lone Star Mansion in 2015 after earning her certification as a Certified Wedding & Event Professional, working as an outside planner, and running her own venue. She's behind the scenes ensuring our brides have the perfect day when she's not conducting tours and getting to know each couple. Sara enjoys spending her free time with her spouse and friends traveling around the world. Tigi has worked with all area of weddings, from assistant coordination to videography, flower design, cake creation, complete planning, and everything in between. Tigi genuinely cares about individuals and enjoys assisting them in planning their ideal wedding. She is genuinely concerned about each couple and enjoys building long-term relationships with them during the planning process. Tigi has progressed to the position of Senior Event Director after joining Lone Star Mansion in 2015. Tigi and her husband are foster parents and manage a nonprofit while they are not at the Mansion.

Our original wood floors and brick walls give a charm to this space that cannot be matched. With the added furniture and decor, it feels like stepping into a giant hug. We are a wellness co-op and event space so our studio is really the best for any event. From a yoga class/workshop to business meeting/luncheon to small wedding/shower event. It's flexible and functional for all. Onsite/attached bathroom for guests stocked with soaps, lotions, paper towels and toilet paper. We are located on the second floor of the building and given its age there is only a stairway entry. Please consider this when booking!
