Tierra Verde Golf Club sits on 280 acres of secluded terrain in Arlington, Texas, carved out since the course opened in 1998 with fairways, sand bunkers, and water hazards framed by native grasses and stately trees. Arlington, Texas, has been the home of the Texas Rangers for more than 25 years and is a mecca for baseball and events that are as massive as the Lone Star State. Choctaw Stadium, for example, demonstrates this. With approximately 48,000 open-air seating, this 270-acre multi-purpose stadium has been the home of the Texas Rangers baseball team since 1994 and has hosted two World Series games as well as the 1995 All-Star Game. Besides sporting events, Choctaw Stadium can hold a variety of public and private functions, ranging from concerts to banquets. Are you organizing a fundraising event or holiday party? Do you like to have a supper on the diamond or a beverage beneath the stars? Today is the day to see if your desired date is available for your special event. Designed to honor the rich legacy of baseball in America, Choctaw Stadium combines state-of-the-art comforts with a nod to the past in its construction. It was decided in 2020 to rearrange the original Choctaw Stadium plan so that it could also be used as a football and soccer stadium. The park's exterior is comprised of granite and brick, with a home run porch in right field and an asymmetrical playing field, which is a frequent feature of ballparks built during the first half of the twentieth century. The playing field is made of actual grass, namely Tifway 419 turf, which is lush and luxurious. And, of course, the Lone Star, a symbol of Texan pride, is prominently displayed on the park's exterior and interior, as well as on its signage.

As a result of spending two years in France and working in the family business (a bed and breakfast set in the French countryside), we began to daydream of opening a comparable establishment in the United States. It is the long-term goal of Margot Hill to provide a taste of the French countryside to the people of East Texas. We are looking forward to extending and developing the land, as well as meeting and getting to know all of the lovely individuals we will meet along the way! It is a convenient site for your next event because it is located just south of the Fort Worth and Dallas areas. Watson Ranch's convenient location just south of Dallas makes it an excellent venue for almost any private event. Ranch weddings, rehearsal dinners, and receptions are all possibilities. We also provide event decorating services for your occasion. To make your event as attractive and stress-free as possible, we have a vast selection of decor at our disposal. The Barn has a capacity of 175 people and can be used for a number of different events. With almost 2,500 square feet of floor space, the Barn has a warm and inviting ambience generated by rustic tin ceilings, soft lighting, and cedar beams. Several amenities are provided, including a full bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heat, a small kitchenette with sink, a huge countertop with microwave oven, and a refrigerator/freezer. There are a variety of possibilities available in the outdoors. There is a big outdoor kitchen/bar with a grassy space adjacent to the barn (which includes a sink, serving bar, large grill, and outdoor fireplace) that is excellent for a reception or a more intimate wedding. In addition, there is a huge tree in a shady valley that provides an intimate wooded setting. There are various more spots on the site where you can have your event to make it truly memorable. Cleburne's Barn at Watson Ranch Venue is the ideal location for any type of special occasion. Seawolf is a beautiful 40-foot-long by 25-foot-wide sailing catamaran, hand-built from beautiful Spanish cedar. Its guest capacity is 49. It sails from the Harbor in Rockwall, where it has a private docking area between the shore and the lighthouse. Seawolf is perfect for spending time on the water, with plenty of seating all over the deck if you’d like to sit and relax, and open space at the bow which is perfect for pictures. It also has electric flushing toilets and a large changing room below deck. Scott didn’t miss a single detail when he built Seawolf.

Located in Terrell, Texas, The Establishment Barn is a family-owned wedding venue. We started from the ground up and created this barn.
