With a culinary team led by Chef Joe Bower, Casa offers an assortment of tacos made with tortillas from San Diego's Gabriel Tortilleria ranging from Chili Braised Brisket with shredded brisket, queso and pico de gallo to Al Pastor and Garlic Shrimp Rojo with pickled hot peppers and carrots, chipotle mayo, cabbage and Oaxaca cheese. Casa's menu also features a range of tortas, all with bread made fresh daily and sourced from Northgate Market.
