As home to the peninsula's only outdoor music venue, The Refinery contains a unique mix of spaces that can host a wide range of events where we can host up to 2,000 people in a full buyout. When not a full buyout, our property can be broken into 5 individual event spaces both indoor and outdoor ranging from a max of 100 people up to 1500 people, including our 1956 Passenger Railcar. The expansive, open floor plan is highlighted by towering, large windows, vaulted ceilings with exposed rafters, and two big fireplaces, among other features. The big lawn with views of the creek and marsh is ideal for outdoor ceremonies or oyster roasts with a view of the creek and marsh. The gardens, which are beautifully manicured with native greenery such as live oaks, palms, and azaleas, are a sight to see all year long. The gardens are open to the public.
