    Built in 1873, The Little Red Schoolhouse is a historic event venue situated on a tree-shaded lawn at 8100 Given Road in the Indian Hill community of Cincinnati, Ohio. The red-brick building and its spacious grounds provide a rural, historical setting for weddings, receptions, parties, business meetings, and all other types of gatherings. The Schoolhouse is rented as an exclusive-use venue -- only one event per day -- giving guests access to both the full interior and the yard. Indoors, the roughly 25-by-50-foot main hall accommodates up to 125 standing or 80 seated at tables. The tree-lined yard expands capacity to approximately 200 guests and is suitable for tented events, outdoor games, and string lighting. Sited within the Nature Center's Rowe Woods -- more than 1,000 acres of forests, fields, streams, and ponds -- the lodge offers year-round natural beauty, from spring wildflowers to autumn foliage. The lodge accommodates up to 75 guests indoors across several wood-paneled rooms that can be opened into one connected space or arranged as separate, more intimate enclosures. An event suite on the second floor with an adjacent full bathroom is available for wedding-party preparation.     Housed in the former McKinley Elementary School in Cincinnati's Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood, the Irish Heritage Center of Greater Cincinnati occupies a 40,000-square-foot Italianate building constructed in 1875. The property and surrounding neighborhood have been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1979. Maureen Kennedy and Kent Covey purchased the building in 2009 and undertook an extensive restoration, establishing the center to promote the culture, traditions, and story of the Irish and Irish Americans in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. The center offers multiple event spaces across its restored campus, accommodating gatherings from intimate parties of 30 to concerts and performances of up to 200. Spaces include a converted-gymnasium Theater and Concert Hall with a full stage, lighting, and sound system; a third-floor Erin Ballroom with natural light and an elevated stage; a Dance Room; a Tea Room; and a fully functional catering kitchen available to rent. All spaces are elevator-accessible. Beyond private rentals, the center hosts ongoing cultural programming in Irish music, theater, dance, film, genealogy, and the visual arts.
