Hello, and thank you for visiting our website! We are an Oakland-based incubator kitchen with a mission to help local food producers. We rent our large Ivy and tree-lined venue to support that purpose by hosting a variety of outstanding events. Our entire location is 6000 square feet and contains a cafe, full commercial kitchen, conference room for additional preparation space, and a big outside patio with gentle hanging lights, ideal for larger seated meals and parties. This rental is for the entire downstairs space, as well as our upstairs office, which can be used as a staging/dressing room. Seated - 175 guests, Standing - 400 guests. Weddings, dancing, birthday and graduation parties, offsite company meetings, picture shoots, live music (always welcome until 10pm), and local beer and wine are just a few of the events we have held. Spaces included: Huge outdoor courtyard with warm bistro lighting (seats up to 175) Cafe with custom hardwood bar Huge light filled commercial kitchen. It is ideal for caterers, but it is also lovely enough to be included in the event for attendees. We are a 10-minute walk from the BART station, and we are in a secure and welcoming neighborhood with several local makers and small businesses. OUR STORY: Del Popolo began operations as a mobile pizzeria in May 2012, operating out of a glass-enclosed shipping container on the back of a Freightliner truck and serving Neapolitan-inspired pizza. In November 2015, we inaugurated our brick-and-mortar restaurant, which serves the same naturally-leavened, wood-fired pizza that we have been obsessing over since 2012, as well as market-driven antipasti and a carefully curated list of wine and beer selections. Our pizza truck is still on the streets of San Francisco, and we are happy to offer you the option of eating your pizza in a chair if you would prefer not to stand up. With a glass of wine, of course. Come and spend some time with us! THE GARDEN: Private and heated, The Garden is an outdoor dining room located just behind Del Popolo that can accommodate up to 100 people. It is available for sitting lunches and dinners for up to 40 guests or standing receptions for up to 50 guests throughout the year. MAIN DINING ROOM: Tuesday through Sunday evenings, Del Popolo's dining room is available for private parties to rent. We can accommodate up to 60 people sitting and 75 people reception-style. RESTAURANT + GARDEN BUYOUT: Monday through Sunday, Del Popolo is available for a full restaurant buyout at a discounted rate. You can choose to have a standing reception in The Garden prior to dinner in the main dining room, or vice versa, depending on your preferences. The spaces are divided by a stairway and a hallway and do not overlap, although they can accommodate a total of 100 people seated and 125 people standing when used in combination.

The food at Nari, a modern Thai restaurant, is inspired by the cuisine of Thailand's past yet prepared with an eye toward the present. The term "woman" in Thai has its origins in Sanskrit, which is where our name, "Nari," comes from. A personal love letter to the women in her life who taught her how to cook and, more importantly, how to eat, Nari is our chef and owner Pim's tribute to generations of Thai women who laid the foundation for Thai cuisine. Nari was inspired by the women in her life who taught her how to cook and, more importantly, how to eat. In the intimate setting of our Suda private dining room, we can accommodate up to 24 people. When combined with the adjoining lounge, this room may seat as many as forty people. A party of up to twelve people can also be seated in the semi-private Wine room, which is located in a separate area from the main dining room and features a window that provides a view of the activities taking place in the kitchen. Welcoming groups of all sizes, Wayfare Tavern is the perfect place to congregate. Three distinct private dining rooms provide a variety of configurations for everything from intimate family dinners to large-scale corporate events and social events. We can even host a full restaurant buyout for large-scale events. With a Skylight view of the Transamerica Pyramid and a location on the 4th floor of Wayfare Tavern, the Sequoia was created to be a show-stopping experience. It's the ideal private lounge and event space for your next gathering. Large and small gatherings alike will benefit from this versatile piece of furniture.. The vault has been repurposed into a secret seating area, as part of the legendary Ken Fulk's creative vision, which pays homage to the building's history. The room is fully equipped with Sonos surround sound and televisions for presenting or watching sporting events, among other things. Our private room on the second floor is available for rent as a pool room or as a dining room for up to 20 people. The pool table can be transformed into a dining table with a wood top that can accommodate up to 14 guests. The Billiards Room is located on the second floor, within the warm and inviting wood-paneled library. The room can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. An antique tin ceiling, a vintage red felt pool table that can also serve as a dining table, and double-paned glass doors distinguish the Billiards Room from the other areas of the hotel. This area, which is equipped with a high-definition flat screen television that broadcasts all major sports and entertainment channels, is the ideal place to play pool, watch sporting events, and eat some of our canapés or family-style favorites while watching sports.

The Chinese Culture Center of San Francisco (CCC) is a nonprofit arts and cultural organization founded in 1965, occupying 20,000 square feet on the third floor of the Hilton Hotel at the junction of the Financial District and historic Chinatown.
