IN THE KITCHEN WITH THE ARTIST In his previous position with ZaZa Hospitality, Dan Landsberg oversaw the culinary efforts at Dragonfly and later assisted in concepting and directing operations across the entire brand. He joins HALL Arts Hotel after an 11-year tenure with the company. Working with a variety of well-established restaurants, chefs, and brands, including Stephan Pyles Restaurant, Wynwood Hospitality, Tillman's Roadhouse, and the Lange Twins Family Winery and Vineyard, has been a highlight of his professional life. With great excitement, he has accepted his position as Executive Chef of Ellie's at the HALL Arts Hotel. He is looking forward to making his mark with a new menu of flavorful dishes made with seasonal and local ingredients.

LeBaron Hills Country Club is a private country club and event venue set on an 18-hole championship golf course in Lakeville, Massachusetts, on the South Shore. The Cape Cod-style clubhouse anchors the property, featuring a ballroom with an expansive wall of windows overlooking the fairways and a terrace that opens for cocktail receptions. The course was designed by Cornish, Silva & Mungeam, Inc. The club hosts one wedding per day, allowing the culinary and events teams to focus entirely on each celebration. Three customizable wedding packages are available, each built around gourmet dinners prepared by the in-house culinary team. A landscaped gazebo on the grounds offers an outdoor setting for ceremonies, and the golf course serves as a backdrop for photography. The Faculty Club at Brandeis University occupies a hilltop position on the Waltham campus, situated just steps from the Berlin Chapel. The club's three event rooms — the Main Dining Room, the President's Dining Room, and the Lounge — accommodate gatherings from small boardroom meetings to banquets of up to 140 guests. The Main Dining Room is the club's signature event space, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls and a dance floor that makes it well suited for retirement celebrations, holiday parties, and formal dinners. The President's Dining Room seats up to 14 guests at an existing boardroom table and is available for private luncheons and evening events. The Lounge handles midsize groups of up to 30, with setups ranging from a conference-style arrangement to a small reception. All catered events are served exclusively through Brandeis Dining, with both kosher and non-kosher catering options available.

A beautiful space, the Dining Room at Molti On Moody in the Greater Boston area combines style and sophistication with world-class cuisine to create an unforgettable dining experience. Food and cooking are extremely important to us here at Molti On Moody, starting with our first-class charcuterie, which is produced locally in Waltham by our sister company New England Charcuterie. Everything, from our pastas to our pickled vegetables, is made entirely in-house, from start to finish. A peek into our kitchen reveals our wood-fired oven, which is used to prepare a large portion of our menu, which includes our incredible flatbreads, rotisserie chicken, and world-famous Moody's Meatballs, among other dishes. We have two main dining spaces, the Full Dining Room (which is a private space) and the Half Dining Room (which is a semi-private space), as well as the option to purchase the entire restaurant. Built in 1896, the Casino at Roger Williams Park is a Colonial Revival building that stands as an example of historic preservation within Providence's 427-acre Roger Williams Park, in the city's Elmwood section, minutes from downtown. The building features hand-finished wood paneling and original maple flooring on the ground level, while the upstairs ballroom offers birch floors, 20-foot ceilings, and plaster detailing. A porch and fireplace round out the building's character. The venue offers configurable event spaces: the second-floor Ballroom accommodates dinner and dancing, seated dinners, or auditorium-style gatherings, the ground-floor First Floor suits smaller dinners or standing receptions, and the entire facility can be rented together for larger standing receptions. Rentals run on a standard eight-hour schedule, with two hours for setup, five hours for the event, and one hour for breakdown, and reduced rates are available during the winter season from January 2 through March 31. Tables and chairs are provided at no additional charge, and on-site parking accommodates up to 75 vehicles. The Casino is available for events year-round, except on Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving.

The Roger Williams Park Botanical Center is a greenhouse event venue set within Roger Williams Park, 427 acres of historic parkland in the Elmwood section of Providence, Rhode Island, just minutes from downtown. Lush gardens, a Koi Pond, and 45-foot-tall palms give the space its character, creating a garden backdrop for weddings, private events, and fundraisers. Rentals run on a five-hour basis and include the Conservatory and Mediterranean Room, which accommodates up to 150 guests theater-style and 80 for a seated reception, dinner, or dance in the Mediterranean Room. The venue also offers use of the Lakeside Pavilion, available May through October, which holds up to 300 guests theater-style and 150 for a seated reception, dinner, or dance. Caterers are given access starting at 4pm with an hour set aside for post-event breakdown, and professional photography is permitted throughout the gardens with a permit, which can be built into a wedding package.
