The Forest Road Park Building is a rental facility operated by the Fanwood Recreation Department in Fanwood, New Jersey. The main room spans 43 by 35 feet and accommodates up to 120 guests, with heat, air conditioning, and restroom facilities. Available for groups of 45 or more and for any event requiring kitchen access, the building includes a full kitchen available for an additional fee. Approximately 20 tables and more than 100 chairs are provided with each rental at no extra charge. The building sits within Forest Road Park, which also features a playground.

The Kenilworth Hotel is a boutique hotel in Kenilworth, New Jersey, situated just off the Garden State Parkway about 30 minutes from New York City and 15 minutes from Newark International Airport. Three dedicated event rooms give planners the flexibility to match room size to group size. The Arbor Room hosts up to 126 for a reception or 100 for a seated banquet. The larger Woodland Room accommodates up to 150 reception-style or 130 for a seated event, with a built-in air wall that allows the room to be divided for smaller groups and state-of-the-art audio/video equipment available for presentations and celebrations. The Garden Room seats up to 50 for intimate meetings or small gatherings.
