Lakeview Lodge sits at 8,200 feet elevation on Heavenly Mountain Resort in South Lake Tahoe, California, reached by a five-minute ride on the resort's historic Aerial Tram. Perched 2,000 feet above the surface of Lake Tahoe, the lodge offers panoramic views of the lake, the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and the Carson Valley — a setting that serves as both ceremony backdrop and event venue from late spring through early fall. The lodge features two configurable indoor dining rooms that can host groups of 40 to 170 guests individually, or combine to accommodate up to 250 guests for full-buyout events. Two outdoor decks extend the gathering space for cocktail receptions and outdoor ceremonies under open skies. A large bar anchors the interior, and a dance floor is available for evening receptions. All catering and bar service is provided in-house by Heavenly Mountain Caterers. An on-site event coordinator supports planning and day-of logistics. The venue is seasonally available June through late September, and an optional gondola ride to 9,136 feet offers an additional high-elevation backdrop for photography.
