Tables, chiavari chairs, white linens, glassware, flatware, and china are all included in the rental charge. Coordination on the day of the event is offered for an extra cost. There is also a grass for ceremonies. Within one minute of the location, guests can choose from over 15 surrounding hotels. Your special day should be stress-free and just how you imagined it! The private event space known as the Porter Room is an excellent choice for a wide variety of celebrations, including weddings, business meetings, retreats, rehearsal dinners, social gatherings, and many more. The Porter Room is a one-of-a-kind venue that offers an experience that is unmatched by any other establishment in the Charleston area. It shares the same marsh-front property as Holy City Brewing. It would be our absolute pleasure to give you a tour of The Porter Room! Tours of any kind are required to have a reservation in advance. Tours of The Porter Room are normally given during the weekdays between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. If you are interested in scheduling a tour of The Porter Room at Holy City Brewing, please send an email to maya@holycitybrewing.com. You or your event planner are in charge of setting up all of the tables and chairs for your gathering. It is mandatory that all decorations, rentals, and so on be picked up on the same day as your event, immediately following the conclusion of the allotted time for the event. The brewery and the venue share a parking lot, which is convenient for both businesses. Please keep this in mind as there is a high likelihood that the parking lot will become full quickly. It is recommended that people use ridesharing services. It's possible that only vendors will be allowed to park there. Please keep in mind that even though there are private events going on, the brewery is still open. We do monitor guests and provide signs indicating that the venue is hosting a private event. Holy City Brewing is responsible for supplying all of the alcoholic beverages. Outside alcohol vendors are not permitted. It is permissible to use any catering company that has both a license and insurance. On request, we are able to provide recommendations for various vendors. The Porter Room does not supply any kind of table linens for its guests. The person who is planning the event is going to be responsible for providing table linens.

About the Client Jeff was born and raised right here in Charleston. He decided to make the move to Awendaw when he found a dream piece of property that came on the market back in 2018. Jeff spent 10 long months working to get the place the way he always pictured it could be. Since moving in late 2019, him and his 2 dogs (Gamble & Gus) have loved every minute of it! Everyone that steps foot onto the property, can picture the property as a great location for your special day, for those who love the lowcountry scenery and a good river breeze. Even Jim and his fiance, Jill, plan to do just that in 2022! The property being 8 acres and a 2500 square ft wrap around porch, it makes for the ultimate sunset location over the Wando River. For those who truly love the outdoors as much as Jeff and his dogs do, we know you’ll enjoy your day here at The Huntington! Story of the Logo Jeff has such a love for his two dogs, Gamble & Gus. Gamble is an older yellow lab and Gus is a young German Shepard. As much as he takes pride in his property, he loves to show off his dogs!
