Cliffside Lodge sits on the forested grounds of Camp North Star in Poland Spring, Maine, about 40 minutes north of Portland and 90 minutes from Boston. The timber-framed lodge draws on the aesthetic of early 20th-century Adirondack lodges — exposed ceiling beams, wide porches, and a working stone fireplace anchor the Great Room, which opens onto views of ponds, pine forests, and the distant western Maine mountains.
