The Denver Mart is the Rocky Mountain region's premier wholesale market center and trade show facility, located at I-25 and 58th Avenue in Denver — 10 minutes north of downtown and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. Established in 1965, the mart has grown into the largest exhibition, conference, and meeting complex in the region. The facility comprises five interconnected buildings offering more than 275,000 square feet of meeting, banquet, and exhibition space on a single floor. Each primary building features its own loading dock, parking lot, main entrance, and built-in registration counter, giving event producers flexibility to use individual spaces or combine buildings to scale. The complex can accommodate gatherings from as few as ten guests to full-scale events hosting thousands. Colorado Golf Club is a private members-only club set on 1,700 acres of rolling hillsides, wooded areas, and meadows in Parker, Colorado, with panoramic views stretching from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak along the Front Range. The championship course, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, opened in 2007 and has since hosted some of golf's most prestigious competitions, including the 2010 Senior PGA Championship, the 2013 Solheim Cup, and the 2019 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship. Evergreen Red Barn is a historic barn event venue set on 11 acres in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, located in Evergreen, Colorado — roughly 30 miles west of Denver at an elevation of 7,723 feet. The barn was built in 1958 and fully renovated in 2000. Originally operating as Meadows at Marshdale, the property became Evergreen Red Barn in 2018 and has since hosted more than 400 weddings, along with family reunions, graduation parties, retirement celebrations, vow renewals, and other private events. The venue's two primary spaces accommodate up to 115 guests each. The Red Barn is a three-story structure with a main-level Great Room for up to 80 seated guests and a wrap-around upper balcony for an additional 45 seated guests, plus a lower-level indoor bar area suited for cocktail hour. The Mountainside Arbor is an outdoor ceremony site available May through October, nestled among tall pine trees and aspen along a short winding path from the barn. Evergreen Red Barn operates as an open-vendor venue — couples may select their own caterer, photographer, and DJ. A pre-approved list of licensed and insured bartenders is required for alcohol service, with beer, wine, and champagne permitted on-site.
