Venue on Lake Lily — formerly known as the Maitland Civic Center — is a nonprofit event venue set on the shores of Lake Lily in Maitland, Florida. Founded in 1965 and funded by community residents rather than local government, it has operated for more than 60 years as an independently run gathering place for Central Florida families, organizations, and businesses. The campus includes three distinct event spaces: the East Wing, suited for banquets and receptions of up to 175 seated guests; the West Wing with Stage, the largest space on the property, accommodating up to 220 seated or 400 standing; and the intimate Rotary Club Room and Bar, ideal for gatherings of up to 32 guests. A lakeside patio overlooking Lake Lily provides a setting for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail receptions. The venue hosts a broad range of events — weddings, corporate meetings, religious services, political events, film and television productions, and community fundraisers. All rental revenue supports facility administration and maintenance, directly sustaining the organization's nonprofit mission.

The Garden Villa, which can be found in the picturesque area of Winter Park in Florida, is home to both a contemporary exhibition garden as well as stunning historic grounds. Barrington Hill Weddings & Events is a private equestrian estate north of Tampa, Florida, set on rolling green hills with a live oak grove draped in Spanish moss and views across the surrounding valley. The plantation house, authentic barn, flower gardens, and open meadows together create a setting suited to weddings, corporate retreats, conferences, and private celebrations of all kinds. The estate accommodates both indoor and outdoor events and is designed to be fully customized — with no preferred vendor list, couples and event hosts bring their own licensed caterers while working with the on-site team for planning, coordination, and design. Packages include standard amenities such as handmade barn wood tables and benches, a dance floor, a bridal suite and groom's dressing room, outdoor café lighting, day-of coordination, and a bonfire area with outdoor seating. An in-house decor company offers wholesale pricing on florals and custom arrangements for those who want a single-source planning experience.

Quantum Leap Winery is an urban winery on a one-acre lakefront lot in Orlando's College Park neighborhood, operating as Florida's only sustainable winery. The venue partners with organic growers worldwide to produce wines served in a tasting room that doubles as a gallery space featuring local art, charcuterie, and Pedaler's Hard Ciders. For private events, Quantum Leap accommodates groups from intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 250 guests across multiple indoor rooms and its lakefront grounds. The winery hosts corporate events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and anniversaries, with flexibility to configure the space to the occasion. Valet service is available upon request, and on-site parking is provided at two adjacent lots.

In the newly renovated, 1,000 square foot bridal suite, not a single detail has been overlooked for the benefit of our brides as they get ready for their special day. The suite features a sizable living area with an abundance of seating and three separate vanity stations for each guest. Relax and unwind in the tastefully appointed bedroom and bathroom while enjoying mimosas and brunch in the kitchenette. The bedroom and bathroom are also tastefully appointed. In addition to all of that, the suite comes complete with its very own PRIVATE POOL. Imagine spending a few hours basking in the sun with your bridesmaids before your big day and how relaxing that would be! Grooms, don't worry; we've got you covered... Relax with your groomsmen in the game room, which features a billiard table, two televisions measuring 58 inches each, a sitting and bar area, and an outdoor putting green. Prepare for the day in the spacious dressing room that is attached and features a private bathroom. Our breathtaking outdoor ceremony location is tucked away beneath an oak tree that is well over a hundred years old. This tree provides a canopy of shade for your guests and a picture-perfect setting for your photographs. As you make your grand entrance through the vintage double doors onto the paved ceremony site, which features a platform so that all of your guests will have a wonderful view of you tying the knot, the ceremony site will be ready for you to begin. There is room for up to 150 guests in the area designated for the ceremony, and white garden chairs are provided. A nearby pergola is available for use for serving drinks prior to the ceremony as well as for hosting live music during the event. Guests have the option of partaking in outdoor activities such as drinking a beverage or playing a game while the bride and groom are off taking photographs at one of the many picturesque locations located on the premises. The cocktail area is covered and features a total of six high-top tables in addition to expansive paved areas that are surrounded by trees. In addition, guests are welcome to explore the grounds and take their own one-of-a-kind photographs. We have over two dozen cows, incredible landscaping, an original schoolhouse built in the 1900s, and a blueberry farm coming in 2022.
