While the location is new, Eden is still focused on the same approach of using garden-fresh, seasonal ingredients from our upgraded on-site greenhouse and local farms. We have also expanded our menu to include breakfast and lunch options to provide convenient and delicious options throughout the day. Eden is ever-evolving, with a menu that embraces seasonal flavors that cultivate inside our on-site greenhouse or sourced locally from farmers and purveyors. With Partner & Chief Culinary Officer Devon Quinn at the helm, private dining available, market items & home goods, and a bar with specialty crafted cocktails, eden is unlike any other restaurant in Chicago. Eden focuses on a minimal use of ingredients, with an approach based on restraint and subtraction. These ingredients are curated by the chefs on a daily and weekly basis through our own farming or local markets and farms. Utilizing our greenhouse, we grow plants and flowers that add beauty and robust, clean flavors. Being active in farmers’ markets and going to farms, the chefs are able to see, touch, and smell ingredients to select items of the highest quality. With few ingredients, what’s on the plate has to be great – there’s nothing to hide behind.

Cubby Bear is located across the street from historic Wrigley Field and plays host to local and National acts, in addition to corporate and social events! With plenty of private party rooms overlooking the Wrigley Field marquee, and menus ranging from the Classic Chicago Dog to Prime Rib Carving Stations, there's something for everyone and every budget! Located in the heart of Wrigleyville, the Cubby Bear has deep roots in Chicago’s music and nightlife scene. It has witnessed some of the most historic Cubs victories and has hosted numerous national and local musical acts. Decades later it remains a top destination for year round live music and sports entertainment. Our venue has been recognized as Best Rock Club by the Chicago Music Awards, #1 Neighborhood Bar in Chicago by Maxim magazine and even 7th best sports bar in the United States by Sports Illustrated. Chicago Theater Works is available for rental and is the perfect venue for a unique event. We love parties, fundraisers, film screenings, wedding receptions, corporate off-site and more… Our facility can accommodate up to 180 for a sit-down dinner, play, recital, screening… to 200+ for a stand-up reception. ​ Furnishings: We have 220 black banquet chairs, six 24” rounds, twenty 48” rounds, six 60” rounds, a buffet table and several 6’ tables and two high-tops. We also have six sections of 12’ pipe with black drape. ​ Food and Beverage: Northshore Catering is our in-house caterer and they are amazing. You are welcome to work with them or bring in your own food. For catering we have a staging kitchen with 3-compartment sink, commercial refrigerator, ice maker, convection oven, microwave and stainless prep table. There is an extra charge for using the kitchen. We require that all beverage be purchased through our full bar. Our prices range from $3 for soft drinks, $6 to 8 for beer, $7 to 9 for spirits and $6 to 9 for wine. We can do a host bar or cash or credit for guests. Sound, Lights, Stage and Tech: The space features a 16’ x 10’ stage with a simple light plot, board and spotlight. We have video projection capabilities and a wide format screen. We also have several wired and wireless microphones and a plug in play sound system. The venue also has wifi. Depending on the extent of your tech needs there may be an extra charge to have our tech person on-site. Location: We are located in Lakeview on Belmont between Sheffield and Racine. We are two blocks east of the Red, Brown and Purple lines. We are also on multiple 27/7 bus routes. A nearby parking lot is available for an extra charge. The venue has two large bathrooms and two private, unisex bathrooms. There is also a dressing room with iron, steamer, washer and dryer. We always have a staff member and, if needed, bartender available for your event.

Guild Row is a place where the creative and civic minded connect. Located in Avondale along the Rockwell Corridor, our facility is designed to accommodate a wide range of events for groups large and small. Built around an open air courtyard, the Guild Row campus features a teaching kitchen, a woodshop, a live fire cooking station, a members lounge with a full café and bar, a co-working space, a small library, and an ultra-flexible dynamic space perfect for gatherings and events of all kinds. Our facility boasts high volume spaces, industrial aesthetics and bespoke hand-hewn details. Each room at Guild Row has a unique personality drawn from its historic past and artisanal capacities. Private bookings include local control of temperature, sound & lighting systems, and overhead doors that connect each interior room to our exterior courtyard. Guild Row started when three people decided to build something together. Beginning in 2016, Mike Healy, Jim Lasko and Elyse Agnello met around Jim's kitchen table on Tuesday nights for nearly two years. They hosted local thinkers, tinkerers, bakers, bankers, entrepreneurs, and makers until they came to see the contours of a unique place where craft and concern for the social good coalesced. Guild Row was born at the intersection of their experience: a building, designed by daam, an architecture and design firm founded by Agnello; filled with programming curated by Lasko who made his name as the director of Chicago's renowned red moon theater, a company committed to wild, participatory spectacles; and woven thoughtfully into a dynamic neighborhood under the guidance of Healy, an award-winning urban planner regarded for his ability to distill complex problems to actionable steps.

The Fire Pitch is Chicago’s premier indoor/outdoor community soccer facility. Owned and operated by Chicago Fire FC, the Fire Pitch features a full-service restaurant and bar featuring a private events room and outdoor patio. These spaces can be reserved individually for groups as small as 10 guests or combined to accommodate up to 450 guests during the summer months. The Fire Pitch's event spaces have hosted everything from birthday parties and graduations to holiday celebrations, bar/bat mitzvahs and more. The Fire Pitch also features two full-size turf soccer fields that are open-air during the summer months and covered with a temperature-controlled dome in the winter. Depending on availability, field time can be added to any event for a unique guest experience.

Indigo & Violet Studio is a Chicago-based venue for craft workshops, parties, and events, focusing on unique and modern handmade projects taught in a relaxed studio environment. Our mission is to provide a creative outlet to both novice and experienced crafters. We work in a variety of mediums and no matter the project, our goal is for all guests to leave with a new sense of pride along with their beautifully hand-crafted piece. To help get the creative juices flowing, all events are BYOB. We are a unique and creative venue for celebrations like Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, and Team Activities. We also offer custom decorations - florals, signs, balloons, and more for all events and mini-craft projects as party favors or DIY projects for entertainment during the event. Indoor spaces can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated dinner, 200 in the outdoor courtyard, and up to 400 using the entire facility. The Beverly Arts Center is a vibrant and multifaceted not-for-profit organization serving the Chicago metro area with high-quality programs in dance, visual arts, music, film and theater. The 40,000 square foot space houses a 400-seat theatre, art gallery, exhibition spaces, music and dance studios, art classrooms and event rental spaces including a courtyard and light-filled atrium. TSR is an upscale banquet hall venue; every inch of this breathtaking space was designed to encapsulate the glamorous life. If you are looking for a space that will wow your guests, this is the place to be. The space is over 6000 sq ft, has a private foyer, spacious ballroom, private suite, large kitchenette for catering, private coat room and more. This is a modular space that can be transformed to suit any special event from weddings, anniversaries, birthday's, or corporate events. If you don't need that much space, we offer our large foyer as a separate space for intimate events & meetings. TSR has 11 bathroom stalls, including ADA and a family room designed for women with children. The bathrooms have plenty of lighting, large bowl sinks and waterfall faucets. This space has everything you need from 72 inch round tables, 8 ft rectangular tables, standard black chair or clear chiavari seating. We have five 80 inch tv's for your viewing pleasure, a 12x12 dance floor, pipe and drape backdrops and more.
