South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit performing arts venue in South Orange, New Jersey, that opened in 2006 after nearly a decade of planning. The center emerged from a redevelopment initiative led by South Orange Village Trustees in partnership with Seton Hall University, with a mission to serve as the cultural heartbeat of the greater South Orange/Maplewood region. The Jennifer & Tony Leitner Performance Hall anchors the building: a 439-seat proscenium theatre built with superior acoustics and sightlines, hosting music, comedy, theater, and spoken-word performances. The intimate scale fosters close artist-audience connection in a way that larger venues rarely achieve. The building's 3-story glass-enclosed atrium and the Herb + Milly Iris Gallery add to its distinctive architectural character. For private events, The Loft at SOPAC offers 2,185 square feet of flexible space accommodating up to 225 guests for receptions or 100 seated. Two walls of windows overlook South Mountain Reservation, and the room is equipped with a sprung hardwood dance floor, ceiling-mounted projector and screen, and a full adjacent kitchen available to licensed caterers.

The Montclair Art Museum has occupied its neoclassical landmark on South Mountain Avenue since 1914, when it became New Jersey's first museum dedicated exclusively to art. The building, designed by Albert R. Ross and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, is recognized for its columned portico and beautifully landscaped grounds in Montclair — minutes from New York City. Leir Hall, the museum's principal event space, rises three stories beneath a dramatic skylight, with a large stage and a state-of-the-art audio, visual, and live-stream system. Together with Lehman Court, the combined spaces accommodate more than 250 guests for a standing reception or 175 seated with a dance floor. The museum hosts weddings, nonprofit galas, corporate dinners, film screenings, and concerts — all with access to galleries that have collected and preserved American and Native American art for more than a century.

The Kenilworth Hotel is a boutique hotel in Kenilworth, New Jersey, situated just off the Garden State Parkway about 30 minutes from New York City and 15 minutes from Newark International Airport. The hotel offers more than 6,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event and banquet space, accommodating gatherings that range from corporate retreats and seminars to weddings, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations. Three dedicated event rooms give planners the flexibility to match room size to group size. The Arbor Room hosts up to 126 for a reception or 100 for a seated banquet. The larger Woodland Room accommodates up to 150 reception-style or 130 for a seated event, with a built-in air wall that allows the room to be divided for smaller groups and state-of-the-art audio/video equipment available for presentations and celebrations. The Garden Room seats up to 50 for intimate meetings or small gatherings. LaGrande Park Building is a rental facility within LaGrande Park in Fanwood, New Jersey, managed by the Fanwood Recreation Department. The single room measures approximately 26 by 20 feet and accommodates up to 40 guests. It is equipped with air conditioning, eight rectangular tables, and 30 chairs, with additional seating available upon request. Set in a park environment alongside a playground, the building suits small private gatherings, community events, and birthday parties.
