Established in 1908, Portland Yacht Club is Oregon's oldest yacht club, set on the Columbia River overlooking Tomahawk Island with moorage for more than 200 vessels. The historic clubhouse offers a distinctive waterfront backdrop for weddings, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations, and does not require membership to book. Event spaces include the Ballroom, with large windows on one end overlooking the river and a stage for live music on the other; the Kelly Bar and Eaton Bar, both offering full-service dining with river views; a formal dining room suited to larger buffet or plated dinners; and an expansive patio and lawn with panoramic river views, heaters and firepits, and room for wedding ceremonies. Club rentals include a server and bartender for up to four hours, round tables and banquet chairs, complimentary secured parking for more than 150 vehicles, and a planning meeting with the Sales & Events Manager. A full-time Executive Chef accommodates dietary restrictions and food allergies, and couples may bring their own vendors, with a third-party planner or coordinator required for weddings.

The Grant House sits inside the historic Officers Row district in Vancouver, Washington. Built in 1850, it's the oldest building in the Fort Vancouver Historic area. Willful Wine Co runs the restaurant and wine bar inside it today. A wrap-around porch looks out over Fort Vancouver Park. Inside, guests find a cozy wine bar and an elegant dining room. Wine comes by the flight, glass, or bottle. A full food menu rounds out beer and cocktail service. Retail wine sales are available too. Live music fills the space every Wednesday and Saturday. A jazz trio performs once a month. Other events run throughout the year as well. Beyond regular service, the Grant House hosts private events. Intimate dinners, happy hour gatherings, and celebrations all take place here. Corporate meetings fit inside its historic walls too.

Hilton Vancouver Washington sits in the heart of downtown Vancouver, directly across the street from Esther Short Park, with the Vancouver Waterfront's shops, restaurants, and pier a nine-minute walk away and Portland International Airport about 15 minutes by car. The hotel offers 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space spread across 21 rooms, including two main ballrooms with 18-foot ceilings that can be divided into a variety of configurations, plus nine additional meeting spaces that hold up to 100 guests each. Altogether, the hotel's spaces accommodate gatherings of 10 to 1,000 guests, from intimate meetings to large-scale conferences and celebrations. For weddings and social events, the ballroom is set up with a hardwood dance floor, candlelit tables, and white linens, and the hotel's events team helps arrange custom catering, including "Meet with Purpose" menu options. Smaller meeting rooms on the second floor bring in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, well suited to more intimate gatherings. On site, guests and event attendees can also visit Grays, a sustainably minded restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with locally sourced ingredients, along with Esther's Coffee and Espresso Bar. Marshall/Luepke Community Center welcomes outside and catered food for every event, with access to an on-site commercial kitchen available for an additional fee — a flexibility that lets hosts bring in their own caterer rather than working from a set menu. Beer, wine, and champagne can be served with a licensed bartender and a state banquet permit, though hard liquor is not permitted. The Community Room, set inside the Luepke Senior Center, is a ballroom-style space with a stage and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Marshall Community Park, holding up to 270 guests for weddings, quinceañeras, holiday parties, and family reunions. For smaller gatherings, the Oak and Elm Rooms at Marshall Community Center can be booked separately or combined with a movable divider wall, accommodating up to 50 guests each or 100 together. A conference room seats 8 to 12 for meetings, and Marshall's pool can be reserved for swim parties and private swim rentals. The building is ADA accessible with free on-site parking, and staff handle table and chair setup, provide a podium, microphone, and audio-visual equipment, and help coordinate the reservation.
