The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge sits on the shores of one of North Georgia's most scenic lakes, surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains in Hiawassee, GA — roughly two hours from Atlanta, Chattanooga, Greenville, and Asheville. As Georgia's only lakeside mountain resort, the property offers nine distinct indoor and outdoor event venues suited for weddings, corporate gatherings, milestone celebrations, and group retreats. The resort's signature spaces include the 3,020-square-foot Chatuge Event Pier — a floating venue with panoramic mountain and lake views accommodating up to 200 guests — and the Red Banks Ball Room, a 3,060-square-foot space featuring a stone fireplace, exposed cedar trusses, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Additional venues range from the intimate Buckhorn Ridge to the open Lakeside Lawn, which can seat up to 200 guests on the grass. On-site catering is available through a well-trained culinary team, with two full-service restaurants — The Oaks Lakeside Kitchen and Marina Station — also on property.
