The way in which local foods were influenced by their surroundings prompted him to push the boundaries of his farm to table culinary method to new heights of creativity. In the beginning, it all started with an heirloom tomato that was half-discarded at one of the restaurants where Chef Patel had previously worked. This apathy for discarded product inspired him to start his own farm and to show his colleagues just how much labor and time it takes to raise one heirloom tomato. Ranch Patel was established in 2014. It was on this two-acre farm in Homestead, Florida, that he began cultivating 35 percent of the vegetables used in his restaurant's menu, which formed the foundation of his business. Chef Patel's cuisine is enhanced by the warm and humid climate in South Florida, which is similar to that of India. This climate allows for the flourishing of mangoes, eggplants, avocados, beets, and a variety of other fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are traditionally used in Indian cuisine to enhance the flavors found in his dishes.

Studio305 is a full-service reception hall owned and maintained by Freya and Jose Guerrero, who also serve as its general managers. The two of them formally began their business in October 2014, bringing a combined total of more than 20 years of event planning and hosting experience to the table. It is Studio305's pleasure to serve the Kendall and surrounding Miami communities, and they look forward to continuing to provide outstanding service to all of its customers. Thalatta Estate is a lovely two-story vintage estate developed and erected by the Connett family in the early nineteenth century. It is one of the few residences to have graced the beaches of Biscayne Bay since the early nineteenth century, and it is a National Historic Landmark. Its unimpeded views of Biscayne National Park, a home for herons, pelicans, marine iguanas and other plant and wildlife native to the protected mangroves of the South Miami-Dade coastline, are the highlight of this vast property of more than four acres.

There are 24 foot high ceilings, oak flooring, plenty of natural light and a spectacular outlook over Hidden Lake to complete the picture. From the minute you pull up to the front gate to the moment you step through the front doors, you will be greeted with warmth and engulfed in luxury. Exquisite Sound Productions was started in 1989 by a group of musicians. According to the company's founder, Jose Salcedo, the company's mission is to deliver the highest quality event services at a reasonable price. In its early years, Exquisite Sound Productions provided music and entertainment services for several of South Florida's most exclusive banquet venues. The addition of Raquel Salcedo to the Exquisite Sound Productions team was a great moment for the company after several years of tremendous success (also wife of founder). This enterprising husband and wife pair grew their business extremely rapidly and established Exquisite Productions, which included day-of coordination, event planning, catering, and complete event production services in the early stages. Exquisite Productions is capable of handling anything from music and entertainment to catering and full event production. Exquisite Productions takes great satisfaction in offering wonderful cuisine, excellent customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make our clients' events memorable experiences. We can assist you with every element of your event, whether it is a small, private wedding or any other sort of major social gathering of any size. In many ways, Raquel and Jose exemplify the success of a thriving mom and pop business. Each and every one of their customers and guests is handled as if they were part of their own family. Construction of the Vista Lago Ballroom began in late 2012 after two years of planning, permitting, and construction. In July 2014, we were pleased to announce that we have opened our doors ahead of schedule. Dave & Buster's Hollywood occupies 35,500 square feet on the third level of Ovation Hollywood, the entertainment complex at 6801 Hollywood Blvd steps from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and TCL Chinese Theatre. Opened in 2014 as a West Coast flagship, the venue combines a 360-degree sports bar — lined with walls of HDTVs — with a full-service restaurant and an arcade floor of more than 160 games, from racing simulators to virtual reality attractions. For private events, Dave & Buster's Hollywood offers dedicated function rooms equipped with AV equipment, WiFi, and HDTVs, as well as semi-private sports lounge areas ideal for watch parties and team outings. Full venue buyouts are also available. Chef-crafted catering packages span breakfast and lunch buffets, themed dinner buffets, and custom appetizer spreads; bar and beverage packages can be added to any event.
