Roses Run Country Club is a Tudor-style clubhouse and 18-hole public golf facility set in quiet, natural surroundings along the scenic Cuyahoga River in Stow, Ohio. The property's rustic character and pastoral setting make it a distinctive choice for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations in Northeast Ohio. Three banquet rooms — the Derby, the Belmont, and the Preakness — give event planners flexibility across a range of group sizes. The Derby Room is the largest, accommodating up to 300 guests beneath a vaulted ceiling, with a dance floor and many windows looking out over the golf course. The Belmont and Preakness Rooms each hold up to 150 guests individually and can be reserved together for larger events. The full facility accommodates up to 700 guests. Beartown Lakes Reservation is a park managed by the Geauga Park District, set along the shores of two lakes within a mature beech-maple forest in Auburn and Bainbridge Townships. Two reservable covered shelters — North Point Shelter and Minnow Shelter — accommodate outdoor gatherings, each equipped with picnic tables, electrical outlets, a grill, and nearby restroom facilities. North Point Shelter overlooks Lower Bear Lake and hosts up to 72 guests, while Minnow Shelter, tucked among the trees, welcomes up to 75 guests. Three trails totaling 2.8 miles wind through the park, and a new boardwalk-style gathering space and accessible overlook, completed in 2025, add to the venue's event offerings. Together, the two structures create a setting unlike any conventional event venue, defined by dramatic angles, concrete walls, soaring glass, and the building's signature Roof Cloud, a 327-foot cantilevered steel-and-aluminum canopy that stretches over both buildings. For private events, the museum opens its gallery floors, the Grand Staircase, the glass-enclosed Crystal lobby, and an outdoor garden to guests. The Greek Community Center is a 12,500-square-foot event facility at 129 South Union Street in downtown Akron, Ohio. Built by the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and opened in 1981, the venue is now operated by Tangier for private events and celebrations of all kinds. The main hall seats approximately 500 guests and features a stage, a buffet room, and a large commercial kitchen. Approximately 15 breakout rooms in varied configurations expand the venue's flexibility, making it equally well suited for multi-session corporate conferences and large seated receptions. Frohring Meadows is a 298-acre Geauga Park District preserve in Bainbridge Township, Ohio. The land was donated in 1996 by Paul Frohring, and the former farmstead grounds now encompass a 100-acre restored tall-grass prairie alongside wetlands and woodlands. Two trails cover 3.5 miles of the property — the 2.8-mile Big Bluestem Trail on gravel and the 0.7-mile paved Dragonfly Trail — through habitat for dragonflies, butterflies, migrating shorebirds, and vernal-pool amphibians. The park's reservable event space is the Katydid Lodge, a wooden lodge the park district describes as a "beautiful wooden facility" suited for gatherings and work events. It is an enclosed space with a fireplace, electricity, and nearby restrooms; heat runs during cold-weather months. The lodge accommodates up to 48 guests and can be reserved from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Adjacent to the lodge is the Pollinator Play Garden, opened in 2022 in partnership with the Foundation for Geauga Parks.

The Springfield Township Gazebo centers on the Vince Mealy Bicentennial Gazebo, an open-air structure on the shores of Springfield Lake in Springfield Township, a suburb of Akron, Ohio. The gazebo overlooks the water and borders a walking trail, making it a well-suited setting for outdoor ceremonies and community events — including the township's own Springfield Rocks! Summer Concert Series, a free Friday evening series held from June through August. Adjacent to the gazebo, the Center on the Lake is a recently remodeled indoor event space that can accommodate up to 200 guests, with tables and chairs provided for 102 seated guests. For private events, the park's main indoor space is the Lewis & Ruth Affelder House, a lodge built in 1955 and donated to the park district in 1994. The house features floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone fireplace, and a patio overlooking the surrounding woods, with a large gathering room downstairs and a small loft above. It seats up to 40 guests and includes free WiFi, a 55" smart TV, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The West Woods also offers Deer Run Shelter and Turkey Ridge Shelter, two open-air picnic shelters that each accommodate up to 75 guests and include picnic tables, electrical outlets, a grill, and nearby restrooms — suited to larger outdoor gatherings and reunions.

Riley Bros is an arcade venue that has all thats needed to ensure you and your guests have a fun time. Our space can comfortably accomodate up to 30 people. There are four folding tables and 26 folding chairs. There is additional seating in the gaming area, 3 gaming chairs and 6 chairs for spectators. There are also 3 stools for the arcade machines. Our space offers foosball, air hockey, 2 player basketball, gaming consoles, 2 tvs and more.
