More than a space to work, it’s a space to create. STUDIO A The main stage of the show. There are no limits to what you can create in Studio A, as only your imagination is the limit. STUDIO B is a three-wall, two-corner circular space with a 12′ grid. Studio B is pre-lit and has been designed to be used for e-commerce. STUDIO C (Creative Studio) The infinity wall is a wall that goes on forever. It is a two wall white cyclorama that can be used for a variety of projects such as full body fashion shoots, laydowns, tabletop photography, and everything in between. BIENVENIDOS If you want to travel to Mexico without leaving the country, Luminarias is the place to go. Luminarias, located on the hilltop of Monterey Park, has been serving authentic Mexican cuisine to local families for more than 40 years. Luminarias is a spectacular sight to behold, both during the day when it is surrounded by breathtaking views of the San Gabriel Valley and at night when it is illuminated by dazzling lanterns. An impressive entryway greets visitors as they enter the Spanish-style hacienda, which is adorned with vibrant Latin décor, lush tropical greenery, arched doorways, cobblestone paths, a waterfall, pond, old world fireplace, and an impressive waterfall. Town & Gown is a historic ballroom on the University Park Campus of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, established in 1935. Situated at the center of the university's storied campus, the venue blends its nearly century-long heritage with contemporary elegance, making it a distinctive setting for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations. The main ballroom spans 6,426 square feet with 15-foot ceilings and is illuminated by ten Schonbek crystal chandeliers. It accommodates up to 420 guests for banquet-style dinners and up to 600 for standing receptions. Flexible configurations support everything from intimate seated dinners to large-scale ceremonies and cocktail events. Town & Gown offers comprehensive event services through USC's hospitality team, including full catering and bar service, audiovisual support, florals, cake services, and equipment rentals. On-site parking is available, and the venue is ADA accessible.

440 Seaton is an urban warehouse venue that can accommodate a wide range of events, including weddings, parties, concerts, film and commercial productions, and large-scale exhibitions, among others. It is located in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles. It has a unique, rustic, and eclectic charm that is hard to find anywhere else. It is surrounded by a burgeoning artistic and cultural community. An atrium with soaring 50-foot high ceilings, exposed brick walls, wooden beams, concrete and wooden floors, and skylights are among the features of this grand 100-year-old urban interior space in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The Great Hall, which measures 10,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 1,700 standing guests, 1,400 chair seating, and 600 table seating, is a very large space. This one-of-a-kind venue presents an endless number of creative possibilities for transforming it into a special and memorable event for both you and your guests! The Covina Center for the Performing Arts is a historic theater located in the heart of Downtown Covina, California. Originally opened in 1920, the venue has long served as an entertainment and cultural destination for the San Gabriel Valley. In December 2022, the City of Covina acquired the theater to preserve it as a performing arts space and anchor for the city's downtown district. Today, the center operates as a creative performing arts hub offering comedy shows, theater productions, musicals, and private event rentals. A partnership with The Laugh Factory brings regular comedy club performances, including appearances by well-known comedians, to the venue's historic stage. The facility is available for private rental and accommodates a variety of occasions — from weddings and film productions to meetings and community gatherings. Two rental spaces are available: the main theater with its original stage and chandelier-lit auditorium, and a banquet room suited for smaller gatherings. The venue also features a lounge and bar area for patrons.

Our hotel offers a variety of meeting and event spaces as well as access to all of USC campus’ extensive venue offerings, for a truly unique experience. During your event, you will work with our expert chefs and on-site catering team who provide a one-stop shop for all of your event planning and conferencing needs. No matter what the occasion, our event professionals make banquet planning easy with customizable packages and an unlimited variety of fun and elegant culinary experiences. Catering We aim to provide healthy, delicious, and socially responsible cuisine for the Trojan Family and our hotel guests. Keeping in line with our campus Food Philosophy, USC Hotel offers a variety of fresh, seasonal, and inspiring hand-made menus. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. Please note there is a $15 corkage fee for wine and champagne. The USC Hotel is the only hotel owned and operated by the University of Southern California, situated on the University Park campus at 3540 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The 11-story, 240-room property opened in 1975 and underwent a full renovation in 2015, placing it within walking distance of Exposition Park, the LA Memorial Coliseum, and Downtown Los Angeles. The hotel offers more than 33,000 square feet of event space across 11 meeting rooms, accommodating gatherings from small breakouts to receptions of 700 and full-scale conferences of up to 800 attendees. Key event spaces include the 6,880-square-foot Grand Ballroom — divisible into five configurations — the 2,322-square-foot 1880 Founders Room with a dedicated exterior entrance and built-in bar, an outdoor Teaching Garden designed with sustainable urban gardening practices, and McKay's, the hotel's on-property restaurant available for private events. The Jones sisters, Leslie and LeAnn, like to spend a typical night out in Los Angeles at some of their favorite restaurants, where they can enjoy delicious food, excellent wine, and the company of good friends. Leslie, a luxury wedding planner, and LeAnn, an attorney, had grown tired of having to travel outside of their neighborhood in order to partake in activities such as eating and drinking delicious food and wine. The sisters came up with the idea to launch 1010 Wine and Events based on Leslie's prior experience in the hospitality industry and LeAnn's knowledge of wine as well as her passion for the beverage. In the middle of Leslie and LeAnn's hometown of Inglewood, California, which is also their current home, you'll find the upscale wine bar known as 1010 Wine. Leslie and LeAnn both grew up in this city. The City of Champions is home to only one wine bar, and that establishment is 1010 Wine. The Jones Sisters can't wait to have foodies and wine enthusiasts from all over the city visit their neighborhood so they can show them a place that is truly unique without them even having to leave their neighborhood. Our upscale wine bar, which is found in the middle of Inglewood, would be more than happy to provide accommodations for your upcoming celebration or business gathering. The Amy King Dundon-Berchtold University Club of USC occupies King Stoops Hall on the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles — a former Los Angeles Public Library that underwent a full renovation in 2012 and was renamed in 2016 following a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold. The club has served as a gathering place for the USC community for decades, offering settings for formal dining, informal get-togethers, meetings, and private events. The venue accommodates private receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, symposiums, and corporate events for up to 180 guests. The adjoining Scriptorium provides an additional 1,450-square-foot meeting and event room with capacity for up to 100.
