Ariel International Center occupies a 68,000-square-foot historic red brick building in Cleveland, Ohio — a 100-year-old structure renovated and opened as an event and business center in 2012. The building overlooks Lake Erie and the Cleveland skyline, with panoramic water and city views accessible from multiple floors and the rooftop. Developed by Ariel Ventures, LLC — a 100% women-owned and minority firm established in 2001 — the center serves as Northeast Ohio's hub for international business development and multicultural events. The venue hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, fundraisers, cultural celebrations, and international trade missions. The fourth-floor Skyline Lake Room accommodates up to 350 guests amid exposed red brick walls, a high wood beam ceiling, elegant chandeliers, and international artwork. Additional spaces include a Holograph Lounge on the ground floor, a Lake View Room on the third floor, and an open rooftop event space — each offering a distinct perspective on the city and the lake.

Happy Days Lodge sits within Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Peninsula, Ohio — about 30 minutes from both Cleveland and Akron. Built in 1938 by Civilian Conservation Corps Company 576, the lodge is considered one of the world's largest structures constructed from wormy American chestnut, with a sandstone floor and fireplaces hewn from locally quarried Berea Sandstone. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and represents a distinctive example of CCC "parkitecture," characterized by horizontal lines, low silhouettes, and the use of natural regional materials. The centerpiece of the lodge is the 4,000-square-foot Great Hall, which accommodates up to 200 seated guests beneath exposed beams and a mason jar chandelier. A screened-in porch adjoins the hall, looking out over a rolling meadow. Surrounding grounds provide access to miles of trails within the national park, making Happy Days Lodge well suited to weddings, meetings, retreats, and private celebrations of all kinds. The lodge is operated by the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park; rental proceeds support trail maintenance, volunteer programs, and outdoor education in the park.

The Barn at Mapleside Farms sits atop 146 acres of rolling apple orchards in Brunswick, Ohio, part of a family farm the Clement family has operated since 1927 and one voted America's Most Beautiful Farm. Post-and-beam construction and massive gambrel-style vaulted ceilings give the 7,250-square-foot space its blend of rustic character and country sophistication, while large windows fill the interior with natural light and frame orchard views in every direction, with panoramic 60-mile views of the Northeast Ohio countryside beyond. The Barn accommodates celebrations from intimate gatherings of 100 to grand receptions of up to 300 guests indoors, expanding to 500 when the covered porch and outdoor spaces come into play. The porch overlooking the valley is a natural fit for cocktail hours and sunset toasts, and events are supported by on-site farm-to-table catering and a dedicated event coordinator from planning through the day itself. The Lodge centers on a 30-foot stone boulder fireplace and the signature "Apple Tree Bar," an upside-down iron and hand-blown glass apple tree chandelier set above a winding granite countertop. Wall-to-wall windows frame roughly 60 miles of Ohio countryside, giving guests a sunset backdrop over the orchard as evening celebrations unfold. Across 6,000 square feet, The Lodge holds up to 220 guests for wedding receptions, showers, and other private celebrations, with a 900-square-foot hardwood dance floor at its center. The Grand Pacific Hotel, a renovated reception and banquet hall constructed between 1830 and 1840, offers a glimpse into the splendor of the 1800s. The building's first owner, Thomas Brown, gave it the opulent moniker "The Grand Pacific Hotel." It is thought to be the township of Olmsted Falls's oldest remaining business building. It was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in the middle of the 1970s, and our founder Clint Williams finally bought and refurbished it in 1989 to serve as the centerpiece of Grand Pacific Junction and our primary banquet venue. It is ideal for social gatherings, fundraisers, business events, and wedding receptions.

The Donauschwaben German-American Cultural Center is a community event venue and cultural institution in Olmsted Township, Ohio, dedicated to preserving the heritage of the Danube Swabian people — a German-speaking community with roots tracing to 18th-century Central Europe. The center's mission is to perpetuate and share that heritage through music, folk dancing, language, athletics, and traditional celebrations. The facility accommodates gatherings from intimate private parties to large celebrations. The Main Hall seats up to 550 guests and features a hardwood dance floor, a full-size stage, a private bar, and a patio with lake views. Frohring Meadows is a 298-acre Geauga Park District preserve in Bainbridge Township, Ohio. The land was donated in 1996 by Paul Frohring, and the former farmstead grounds now encompass a 100-acre restored tall-grass prairie alongside wetlands and woodlands. Two trails cover 3.5 miles of the property — the 2.8-mile Big Bluestem Trail on gravel and the 0.7-mile paved Dragonfly Trail — through habitat for dragonflies, butterflies, migrating shorebirds, and vernal-pool amphibians. The park's reservable event space is the Katydid Lodge, a wooden lodge the park district describes as a "beautiful wooden facility" suited for gatherings and work events. It is an enclosed space with a fireplace, electricity, and nearby restrooms; heat runs during cold-weather months. The lodge accommodates up to 48 guests and can be reserved from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Adjacent to the lodge is the Pollinator Play Garden, opened in 2022 in partnership with the Foundation for Geauga Parks.
