The Pine Lake Community Club is a Rental Facility with Spacious Options. Located on the Sammamish Pine Lake Plateau, this facility is a memorable setting for any occasion. This unique property is a premier location for Weddings, Receptions and various types of Private Parties. This Log Cabin Venue was built in 1938 and has been the site for several banquets, Receptions, Proms, Class Reunions and Birthday Parties. Our facility can comfortably seat 150 and provide a large dance floor for every type of event. We are one of the most affordable venues in the area.

A river-rock fireplace and hand-hewn log walls set the tone at Preston Community Center, a Works Progress Administration building raised in 1938 and added to Washington State's Heritage Register in 2008. Just off I-90 outside Issaquah, the historic log structure pairs a raised-stage multipurpose room with a separate meeting room for food service, a full-service warming kitchen, and two rock fireplaces, while an upstairs bride's-ready room with a private bath, an attendant's room, and a groom's room support wedding parties getting ready on-site. Outdoors, a wedding court with a seasonal party tent and wrought-iron table settings extends the celebration into the surrounding grounds, and the facility's hardwood floors double as a dance surface for receptions. Depending on setup, the center comfortably hosts 80 to 120 guests indoors, or up to 150 across combined indoor and outdoor space, for ceremonies, receptions, corporate retreats, seminars, and meetings. Bookings run through King County Parks' Regional Scheduling office up to 18 months in advance, with an on-site facility coordinator present throughout each event.

Hand-hewn beams from an early-1800s cabin still form the core of the Stone Cottage at Storybook Farm, a structure that predates the property's founding by more than a century. Moses Atwater and Amy Wilson were among the original settlers of the land in the early 1800s; Warren and Mary Barrett later established Storybook Farm in 1955, running a preschool and summer camp there from the early 1960s through the 1980s before Bryan and Lisa Lowrance took over the property in January 2020. Set minutes from Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina, the farm today pairs overnight cabin lodging with a dedicated outdoor event space: a covered picnic shelter and 32-by-20-foot stage inside a 27-by-72-foot pavilion, equipped with a stainless-steel prep station, brick furnace, and firepit. The space has hosted concerts, weddings, festivals, corporate conferences, and workshops, including ProgDay, described by the farm as the world's longest-running progressive rock festival. Four rental cabins on the property - Stone Cottage, Barrett Lodge, Warren's Landing, and Rick's Roost - offer additional lodging, with Warren's Landing occupying the site of the farm's former school cafeteria and classrooms.

The Robinswood House Estate is comprised of the Main House and the surrounding grounds, the Cabana, the original 1884 log cabin, and a small barn. The Main House was built in 1895 and has been successfully renovated to retain its original charm. In addition to its own beautifully maintained formal English gardens and outdoor patios, Robinswood House offers sweeping views of Robinswood Park, a 60-acre oasis in the heart of the Eastside. Complimentary public parking is available in the adjacent Robinswood Park lot.

The event space is available for rent to the public and to Members, and includes a full kitchen with a buffet serving counter, commercial refrigerator and freezer and sink, stove, oven, dishwasher and commercial coffee maker. Round and rectangle tables are available for use as well as folding chairs; however dishes, glassware and linens are not provided. The Clubhouse has ample parking and is wheelchair-accessible with ramps to the building entrance and an elevator. In accordance with City of Bellevue noise ordinances, the Club and Bellevue Police enforce a 10:00 PM ending time for all music on weeknights and 11:00 PM on weekends.

Situated along the Cedar River and just steps from Cedar River Park, the Renton Community Center sits minutes from downtown Renton with easy access to I-405, surrounded by the natural scenery of the Pacific Northwest. At the center of the facility is a banquet room overlooking the river, with vaulted ceilings and a contemporary design that accommodates up to 184 guests for banquet-style dining or theater-style seating. The venue also includes two full-sized gymnasiums, three meeting and classroom rooms, a dance/yoga studio, and a patio, offering space for everything from wedding receptions and birthday parties to business meetings, conferences, and seminars. Rental fees include tables, chairs, microphones, a projector screen, and a podium, with an LCD projector available on request in the banquet hall. The restaurant moved into this address in 2017, a smaller footprint than its original Bellevue home at The Bravern, where it first opened in 2009 to mark parent restaurant Wild Ginger's 20th anniversary. Inside, SKB Architects designed the space to blend Asian influences with a more contemporary look, giving the room a casual but still dressed-up feel, with a main dining room, a bar, and private dining space set apart for events. The kitchen, led by Chef de Cuisine Milan Waduge, serves family-style dishes rooted in the cuisines of China and Southeast Asia, the same style Wild Ginger's founders picked up traveling through Malaysia, Burma, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong back in the 1980s.
