The cost of all weekend events is a three-night minimum buyout of the entire property (approximately $6,500), plus an additional fee based on the number of guests and type of event, which can range between $500 and $7,500 depending on the event. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the main house and grounds, and the fee will cover standard cleaning, taxes, and service fees - as well as vendor load in and load out, as well as use of our Bose professional-grade sound system. Equipment rental, catering, chairs and tables (beyond what is already on the premises for resident guests), and other similar expenses are not included. Some groups choose to hold part of the event (such as the ceremony) in one yard and the other part of the event (such as the reception) in another yard, but depending on the size of your group, you may be able to hold both the reception and the ceremony in the same location. There is a large gate in the non-cottage yard that can be opened to provide easy access for a food truck.
