James' parents are seated in the front row! When James and Connie Trojacek bought the site in 2014, they realized their dream of creating the ultimate event facility. The gin is full of personality and provides a unique, pleasant setting for every occasion! The "Seed Barn" was remodeled in 2017 and is now a fantastic addition to the property! This structure is ideal for wedding ceremonies, showers, informal gatherings, and birthday parties. The Telico Gin is a family-run establishment. It was a dream come true for us to be able to retire from the Big City, and we were thrilled with our new country living lifestyle. Beautifully appointed Bridal Suite with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the grounds and pool area. Located in the heart of Texas's Hill Country, A Thousand Cedars offers a unique forest setting brimming with majestic Cedar trees, big Oak trees, and a variety of other native Texas plants. Many clearly indicated paths lead to the location, providing convenient access for the Wedding Party and their guests. The natural scenery also provides fantastic photography options for the entire wedding party and their guests. A Colorado and Industrial motif has been included into the design of the venue itself, which features Cedar beams, black iron trusses, exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings that reach 30 feet in height, and enormous glass windows on all sides that let the forest and natural light to fill the space. Our Bridal and Groom Suites, which are completely furnished, are accessible via a stairway near the entryway. Each Suite will be large enough to accommodate entire bridal parties as they prepare for the big day, and it will be equipped with its own shower, bath, vanities, mirrors, and windows to let in plenty of natural light. Leading from the suites, you will arrive at the inside balcony, which provides a panoramic view of the entire reception hall and is an excellent location for additional wedding day photos or bouquet throwing. Seawolf is a beautiful 40-foot-long by 25-foot-wide sailing catamaran, hand-built from beautiful Spanish cedar. Its guest capacity is 49. It sails from the Harbor in Rockwall, where it has a private docking area between the shore and the lighthouse. Seawolf is perfect for spending time on the water, with plenty of seating all over the deck if you’d like to sit and relax, and open space at the bow which is perfect for pictures. It also has electric flushing toilets and a large changing room below deck. Scott didn’t miss a single detail when he built Seawolf.
