The Telico Gin was constructed in Telico, Texas, in May 1940. For decades, this ancient cotton gin served the local neighborhood. For many years, the Telico Gin was a working cotton gin. James' parents are seated in the front row! When James and Connie Trojacek bought the site in 2014, they realized their dream of creating the ultimate event facility. The gin is full of personality and provides a unique, pleasant setting for every occasion! The "Seed Barn" was remodeled in 2017 and is now a fantastic addition to the property! This structure is ideal for wedding ceremonies, showers, informal gatherings, and birthday parties. The Telico Gin is a family-run establishment. We value hard work and will go to great lengths to ensure that your time with us is the best it can be! Come have a look at us right now! The ideal spot for making memories." The Telico Gin is a historic cotton gin that has been transformed into an event center and wedding venue! The Telico Gin is a one-of-a-kind event venue located south of Dallas. The Telico Gin does not provide catering. For their important day, the majority of our guests employ caterers! 30 rectangular tables and 400 white garden chairs are available. If alcohol is present at your event, we require security and a bartender. If the ceremony will be held outside, you will need to acquire more seats from a rental business. Our chairs are only suitable for use indoors.

Located in the heart of Texas's Hill Country, A Thousand Cedars offers a unique forest setting brimming with majestic Cedar trees, big Oak trees, and a variety of other native Texas plants. Many clearly indicated paths lead to the location, providing convenient access for the Wedding Party and their guests. The natural scenery also provides fantastic photography options for the entire wedding party and their guests. A Colorado and Industrial motif has been included into the design of the venue itself, which features Cedar beams, black iron trusses, exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings that reach 30 feet in height, and enormous glass windows on all sides that let the forest and natural light to fill the space. Our Bridal and Groom Suites, which are completely furnished, are accessible via a stairway near the entryway. Each Suite will be large enough to accommodate entire bridal parties as they prepare for the big day, and it will be equipped with its own shower, bath, vanities, mirrors, and windows to let in plenty of natural light. Leading from the suites, you will arrive at the inside balcony, which provides a panoramic view of the entire reception hall and is an excellent location for additional wedding day photos or bouquet throwing. In the back of the Ceremony/Reception hall, there will be a complete bar for you to stock with your own beverages, as well as access to a kitchen for any culinary needs you may have. We purchased our magnificent 10-acre property in Scurry, Texas, in 2014 with the help of my husband Glen. It was a dream come true for us to be able to retire from the Big City, and we were thrilled with our new country living lifestyle. With years of experience in small business management as well as community service, we are well-suited to this position. After much deliberation, we have decided to pursue our dream of hosting weddings and events in our own home and backyard. We officially opened the doors to our lovely property, which is now known as The Hay Bale Wedding & Events Venue, in the summer of 2016. We are a small family-owned firm that enjoys making a difference in the lives of all of our customers. Your event will be held in our venue, which is decorated in the down-home country chic style you are looking for. The Castle in the Country $3,500 Up to 175 people can be accommodated for Saturday events. The Rustic Chandelier is $2,500 and is available Sunday through Thursday. It can accommodate up to 100 people. The Stagecoach is offering a $1,000 prize every Sunday through Thursday. It can accommodate up to 60 people. Beautifully appointed Bridal Suite with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the grounds and pool area. A private dressing area, vanity stations, and an en suite bathroom round off this luxurious space. With an en-suite bathroom, a full kitchen, a flat screen TV, and a quiet front porch / back porch view of the property, the Groom Suite is ideal for a wedding party. Ed developed and built Winding Brooks as a labor of love. He was motivated to develop these lovely gardens by his love of plants, flowers, the land, and wildlife. Water elements with flowing streams softly fall to a huge water pond are part of the park-like setting. The gardens have a variety of natural rock and boulders, water plants, numerous plant and flower species, two pergola spaces for outdoor ceremonies, and interestingly shaped trees for everyone to enjoy. This breathtaking scenery serves as the backdrop for a 5,000-square-foot banquet hall that can accommodate up to 250 guests and includes very large bridal and groom rooms!
