Built in 1906 by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the space has hosted more than a century of celebrations beneath its ornate, embossed copper ceiling. A careful restoration preserved its original character — a rare sprung "floating" dance floor, original hardwood, period chandeliers and wall sconces, intricate tile work, and a grand staircase leading up to the ballroom — while adding modern amenities. Since 2021 it has been owned by twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis of Lamb & Co. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, making it well suited to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, proms, quinceañeras, and milestone celebrations. A professional catering kitchen and full-service bar support a wide range of catering, and an in-house sound system, wireless microphones, and drop-down projection screen are ready for presentations or dancing. Rentals run a generous twelve hours and follow an open-vendor policy, with a dedicated venue assistant on hand and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

    The Carey Gardens

    Snohomish, WA, USA

The Carey Gardens Wedding Venue and Event Center first opened its doors with a single, straightforward objective in mind... The goal here is to design a space that is both lovely and cozy, one that welcomes close friends, relatives, and acquaintances for the purpose of commemorating the significant moments of one's life. We believe that we have achieved the ideal combination of open space, tranquility, and charm that will make the experience of your guests nothing short of delightful. We make it a point to provide a diverse range of service packages, each of which is designed to make the process of organizing your large event significantly less stressful. Our former guests have informed us that the fact that other local venues did not offer the same level of individualized attention to their needs as we do at our wedding venue was the primary factor in their decision to reserve it for their big day. Our wedding venue services include the provision of tables, chairs, and linens; fire pits; wedding arches; decks for ceremonies at the water's edge; dance floors; LED bars; gazebos; flower beds; games to play outside; and more. The use of catering services is a fantastic way to impart a sense of individuality upon your special occasion. We are able to recommend local vendors who can fulfill all of your catering requirements, regardless of what those requirements may be.

The goal is to make your event's experience memorable for all who attend: a vibrant environment draws people's attention. What about spending the day at the beach? Are you looking for a quiet, rustic, wooded retreat? Traveling by seaplane or boat to a remote location sounds like an exciting adventure. Alternatively, how about a simple picnic on a lawn surrounded by tall, fragrant cedars and the scent of salty sea air? Is there a more historic setting for a holiday party? Any number of guests is possible, ranging from 20 to 1,000; if you can dream it, we can help you make it a reality. In addition to the fact that corporate events come in a variety of sizes and shapes, they also help motivate and inspire your employees to work harder, promote team building and bonding, and provide them with something to look forward to in the future, among other benefits. Being away from the office for even a single day can help to improve morale and provide a unique learning experience for everyone involved. It is critical for businesses to foster an educational environment in which their objectives can be met with ease and precision by the people who work for them. Make use of a unique space outside of the office, and your bottom line will benefit as a result of your efforts. It has been demonstrated in studies that there is a strong relationship between pleasure and learning. Six acres of waterfront property with no bank means you have virtually unlimited options for organizing events that will have an impact on individual employees, the team, and your organization as a whole. Employees benefit from team building because it helps them to strengthen social relationships and to strengthen their leadership roles. Retreats are intended for networking, brainstorming, and the actualization of new ideas that have been hatched. Lie down in a secluded spot surrounded by lush gardens, and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the beach to distract yourself. Add in a delicious lunch or dinner of fresh, locally caught seafood, and you'll find it difficult to leave.

Meridian Valley Country Club opened its doors for the first time on July 1, 1967. Despite the fact that there was just a temporary clubhouse and only nine of the 18 holes were available for play on that Saturday morning, those who teed it up did so again and again. Despite the fact that the fairway grass was well on its way to reaching full maturity, the theme of the day was "Take No Divots" since all shots were needed to be taken from tees. The opening day regulation had no effect on the level of competitiveness on the first day. The second nine holes, as well as the permanent clubhouse, were dedicated in May 1968 with a similar amount of hoopla. Several substantial modifications have been made to the golf course throughout the years, including irrigation, drainage, and a large number of flowering trees and plants. The course is currently open all year round and plays "dry." Meridian Valley Country Club has been a gathering place for members and guests to commemorate life's most important occasions since 1967. Whatever your occasion may be, from weddings to anniversaries and birthdays to business meetings to auctions to family gatherings and reunions, every event organized at MVCC will be handled with outstanding care and attention to detail, enabling you to relax and enjoy yourself. Meridian Valley's staff is delighted to assist you in creating the style and feel you have envisioned for your event at Meridian Valley. Everything from formal plated meals to themed buffets will be presented in a unique manner in a tastefully designed setting that the entire group will love. Please allow us to extend our best wishes to you and your guests for a very amazing and unforgettable event.

Mount Rainier rises across the water while a mid-century lodge holds the shoreline of Lake Wilderness. Built in 1950 by the Seattle architectural firm Young & Richardson, Carlston & Detlie, the lodge earned an American Institute of Architects honor and a Washington State Design Award in 1952 for the way it steps into its sloped, lakefront site. The building traces back further still: an early-1900s homestead farm that the Jacobsen family opened to hunters and anglers grew into a trio of resorts through the 1920s, and by 1939 the expanded Gaffney's Grove drew as many as 9,000 visitors a day for baseball, tennis, a skating rink, and swimming beaches. King County designated the lodge a landmark in 1997 for its postwar Northwest architecture, and it took its current name in 2003. Today the lodge hosts up to 220 guests across its main floor, mezzanine, and lower level, with a warming kitchen, two changing rooms, a courtyard balcony, a covered patio, and a lawn included in the rental. A 12-by-12 dance floor, a sound system with Bluetooth and HDMI inputs, and wireless microphones come with the space. Renters bring their own caterer or self-cater, since the kitchen is licensed for warming and cold prep only. Weddings, receptions, banquets, and corporate gatherings all fill the calendar here, on grounds that have drawn crowds to this lakeshore since long before the lodge itself was built.
