We can accommodate weddings from the beginning of May to the middle of October. In order for our clients to enjoy a stress-free time of preparation and decoration, the actual event, and the following-day removal of all decorations and personal effects, we only accept up to 20 weddings per season, with no more than one wedding taking place on any given weekend. It is best to book at least six months in advance, though we can sometimes accommodate last-minute reservations due to cancellations. Crown Rose Estate Distillery is a 76-acre historic estate in Knoxville, Maryland, combining working distillery operations with a full-service wedding and private event venue. Set on rolling farmland with meadows, an English rose garden, a pond, and a paddock, the property offers a pastoral backdrop well suited to ceremonies and celebrations. The centerpiece event space is a classic barn that seats up to 200 guests for receptions and dinners. Couples who want a dance floor alongside up to 160 seated guests can keep it within the barn; larger parties above 160 can add a tent to extend the footprint. A typical booking runs 10 hours — enough time for setup, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception — and couples choose their own start and end times within that window. Crown Rose Estate holds an award-winning designation from the Professional Management Association (PMA) and is also available as a film location. The estate produces its own field-to-glass whiskey on-site, and distillery tours and tastings are available for guests who want to incorporate that experience into their event day.

Most weekends its wooden interior fills with live performers, a roster that runs from established touring acts to up-and-coming talent playing bluegrass, Americana, jazz, funk, blues, and reggae beneath string lights and chalkboard menus. Craft beer, a full bar, and welcoming bartenders keep the room easy. The rhythm carries through the week: an Old Tyme Session every Wednesday, an open mic on the second Sunday of each month, stand-up comedy nights, and the annual Highland Games every first Saturday in October.
