The Heritage Museum of Orange County is determined to maintain its beautiful, local history. The venue also offers outdoor, sit-down events for up to 650 guests. Aside from the outdoor option at the Heritage Museum of Orange County, the venue will also provide smaller indoor spaces for smaller meetings and gathering. Because of the initial historical motivation, events like weddings are designed to emulate a 19th century country estate at the Heritage Museum of Orange County. The entire estate offers eleven and a half acres to its guests that will produce privacy and variety. The Heritage Museum of Orange County is also extremely experienced in other events such as fundraising events, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and even large Quinceaneras.

Country Garden Caterers is a full-service catering and event venue housed in a historic building on North Main Street in Santa Ana, California. The structure dates to the late 1920s, when it served as the AAA Headquarters and Service Station, and has hosted private events since the late 1970s. Its distinctive character comes from the original brick facade, terra cotta tile floors, stained-glass windows, antique oak bar, mezzanine, and old-fashioned street lamp that remain intact throughout the main hall. The venue accommodates up to 125 guests for ceremonies and receptions, offering an included rental period with round tables, Chiavari chairs, a full bar with host or no-host options, and a dedicated dance area. Daniel Lyons Catering is one of the preferred catering vendors for Casa de Lago, and they provide an all-inclusive event package for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and other special occasions. Daniel Lyons Catering is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Daniel Lyons is a Master Chef in his own right. Chef Daniel Lyons completed his one-year European apprenticeship at the Hotel Europa in Lucerne, Switzerland, following graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Daniel returned to the United States after completing his culinary training in Europe, where he completed his three-year American apprenticeship at the Omni International Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he held positions as Garde Manager and Banquet/Pastry Chef in four and five-star hotels, including the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta and the Newport Beach Marriott. He was the Banquet Chef at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, when it first opened its doors. While working as a Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, Chef Lyons prepared seven-course sit-down and buffet dinners for President Carter and President Ronald Reagan, respectively.

Oak Canyon Nature Center is a 58-acre natural park tucked into the Santa Ana foothills of Anaheim Hills, California, where three adjoining canyons meet in a landscape of oak woodland and coastal sage scrub. A year-round stream winds through the property, and four miles of hiking trails trace the ridgelines and canyon floors that surround the event area. The centerpiece for private events is the outdoor amphitheater, set among native coastal oaks and accommodating up to 200 guests for wedding ceremonies. Rentals include four hours of event time, a two-hour rehearsal, use of an on-site sound system, and access to indoor restrooms. The amphitheater features a built-in arch, stage, and tiered seating, framed entirely by natural landscape. Oak Canyon Nature Center is a ceremony-only venue operated by the City of Anaheim; receptions are not permitted on the grounds. The park remains open to the public during events, lending the setting a relaxed, park-like character appropriate to its surroundings.
