The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay is a beachfront resort on O'ahu's North Shore, occupying nearly 1,300 acres of historic land with five miles of untouched coastline and seven beaches. Operating on the same site since 1972, the property joined The Ritz-Carlton family and now pairs the North Shore's natural character with the brand's approach to service and cultural programming. Event and wedding spaces range from the 8,832-square-foot Kuilima Ballroom — an indoor setting with expansive ocean-framing windows — to Kuilima Point, an open oceanfront lawn where water surrounds guests on three sides. The Stables Lawn, a white-top tent venue beside the historic stables and inspired by Hawaiian paniolo heritage, accommodates receptions of up to 2,000 guests. Additional outdoor settings include Bay View Beach Lawn and Kuilima Cove Lawn, both set against the Pacific. In-house catering draws from locally sourced ingredients, including produce from the resort's own 468-acre Kuilima Farm. The Nalu Spa offers salon and bridal services. A Marriott Certified Wedding Planner is available to support events from planning through execution.

Sunset Ranch is a private estate on the North Shore of Oahu that spans thirty acres and offers panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and the entire northwest side of the island. Sunset Ranch, which is one of the only properties in Hawaii to be permanently protected with grant funding from the federal government, state government, and county government, has a specific mission to advance land conservation and sustainability in Hawaii. At this time, Sunset Ranch is available to host events as well as tours. Our Tours have been thoughtfully crafted to provide guests with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy one of the most exclusive estates on Oahu while also gaining knowledge about the history of the ranch, land conservation, sustainable practices, as well as Hawaiian history and culture. In addition, we serve as hosts for a wide range of events, such as weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers, family luaus, corporate retreats, and other types of social gatherings.
