Couples are permitted to take photos inside the vineyard among the fruit and along the Parisian inspired hedges along the perimeter. RGNY can hold wedding ceremonies outside with the winery vines in the background and host cocktails outside behind their reception barn.

PAUMANOK has been used both for the ceremony and reception and is a memorable setting for this lifetime event. PAUMANOK is available for rent for wedding ceremonies and receptions all year round. In the cold months our interior heated space can accommodate about 50 people seated. In the warmer months parties as large as 150 people are able to take advantage of our spacious deck overlooking the vineyard. Some have chosen instead to erect a tent on the lawn. We rent our space from 5 pm to 11 pm. The rental fee is $10,000 on Saturdays. Any other day is $9,000. An additional $1000 is due if the party continues until midnight, by which time the premises must be vacated. Wedding parties are required to purchase 10 cases of wine. 25% discount will be given on the wine. You can mix and match various wines. All other products and services have to be contracted for. We can assist you with locating various caterers, tent rental companies and other such services. A non refundable deposit of $5,000 is required to reserve the date. The balance is due and payable two weeks before the wedding in addition to a security deposit of $1000 and the cost of ten cases of wine. Actual wine prices will be adjusted to reflect actual wines taken, to permit last minute changes, but not to reduce the quantity under 10 cases. If the balance is not settled two weeks prior, then the deposit is forfeited and PAUMANOK is free to rent the space that day. Limitations PAUMANOK is a farm winery and is authorized to serve small tastings of its wines in its tasting room. PAUMANOK is not licensed for food or liquor consumption. That is between you and your caterer. While PAUMANOK carries adequate insurance, for your own protection you need to evaluate what insurance you should get for any liability or damage that can occur to you or your guests on or off premises, or any liability or damage caused by you or your guests. Some wedding parties have hired buses to transport their guests to protect them from driving while intoxicated and we strongly recommend you do the same for your own and your guests protection and happiness. You need to make sure your caterer agrees to leave the premises in as good and clean a condition as when you came in. Any garbage and leftovers must be carted away by your caterer. If we have to remove garbage and/or clean that will be deducted from your security deposit. Local conditions require that there is no amplified music outdoors after 10 pm and therefore music must stop at 10 pm. Your security deposit will be refunded after you have settled your bill including wines and any other services we may have provided, such as cleaning or garbage disposal or repairs. While we hope you will have a great time, PAUMANOK is only renting the space and is not liable in any way for anything that may go wrong. Should PAUMANOK be found liable the wedding party agrees hereby to limit PAUMANOK's liability to no more than $100 and agrees further to indemnify PAUMANOK for any liability that may result out of renting you the facility for your wedding party.

WEDDINGS AT PALMER VINEYARDS Set in 55 acres of lush vineyards, Palmer offers a romantic and unique setting for your wedding day. The Tasting House overlooks lush vineyards and enjoys lovely, North Fork, sunset views. Guests can enjoy the Deck or kick up their heels in the 19th-century English Pub Tasting Room Site Rental Palmer Vineyards is closed to public the day of your wedding. We rent our space out to our guests for a 6 hour time frame. The rental fee is $15,000 on Saturdays and $12,000 on any other day of the week. This includes the use of our entire grounds, including the Tasting Room, Back Patio, Lawn Area, Pavilion and Farm House. Staffing and Security There is a $800 staffing fee for the use of Palmer Vineyards employees. 5 total staff members. This includes 2 managers and 3 servers on premise throughout the duration of the wedding. Palmer Staff is NOT responsible for the set up or breakdown of any party rentals, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and wedding décor. Palmer Vineyards requires the use of security to be present during the duration of the wedding. This is a fee of $200 is to be paid by the licensee. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests during the wedding. Wine Wedding parties are required to purchase a minimum of 5 cases of wine at a 20% discount. You can mix and match various wines. Palmer Vineyards has the ability to pour NYS produced beer at the cost of the licensee. Any other alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless the proper contracts and permits are executed. Security Deposit A security deposit of $1,000 is due at the signing of the contract. This deposit is to protect Palmer Vineyards of any damages that may occur during the event. Payment All costs above are subject to NYS Sales Tax. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the site rental is due at the signing of your contract. The remaining balance including the remainder of the Site Fee, The Staffing and Security Fee, and the Wine Purchase is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to pay in full 30 days prior to the event, the deposit is forfeited and Palmer Vineyards is free to rent the space that day. FEES All fees directly support the not-for-profit mission of Hallockville Museum Farm, and the upkeep of 19 historic buildings here on the 28-acre museum campus. The Fine Print & General Policies Only one event can be accommodated in the Naugles Barn at a time and availability is subject to Hallockville’s public event schedule. A site fee is provided in person during your scheduled visit or over the phone once we have had a chance to discuss the particulars of your event. A non-refundable 50% site fee deposit is required at time of reservation along with an additional security deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due in installments leading up to your event date. The security deposit, less any costs subtracted to cover damage or other losses to the facility, will be returned promptly after the event. All renters must obtain a Comprehensive General Liability policy that names Hallockville as an Additional Insured with coverage limits specified in the contract agreement between Hallockville and the renter. The renter will provide a Certificate of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the event. The renter’s caterer will also need to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Self-service of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Only fully insured caterers or beverage vendors with a liquor license from the NYS Liquor Authority, are permitted to bring and serve alcoholic beverages on site. At your event, all alcoholic beverages must be served by a professionally-trained and TIPS and/or ATAP-certified bartender. The renter is responsible for obtaining any other permits (e. g., tent) that are required for the event. The museum is located in Riverhead Town, which does require the filing of tent permits through it’s Fire Marshal’s office.

Our gallery can be modified for each event, and it features wide barn doors that allow guests to have a close look at our vines. In addition to private wine tasting events, we also offer wine matching lunches or dinners, which can include our distinctive Winemaker's Walk, which allows guests to tour the cellars and learn about the winemaking process.

Your dream of a Green Wedding can become a reality at Salt Air Farm. In June, July and August we offer the ideal site for a perfect Garden Party. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and our spacious lawn is pesticide-free and, of course, open to the fresh salt air. Peach and nectarine trees finish the backdrop. You might even choose fruit picking as one of the activities open to your guests. And, doesn’t our Olympic-size lawn croquet court conger up images of lovely ladies in long dresses and gentlemen in bowler hats? Making your special day a unique memory for your guests does not have to be mutually exclusive with going green, reducing your carbon footprint, and buying locally. We recognize the importance of being ecologically responsible. Set up a farm tour: Event planners (professional or otherwise), brides, grooms, florists, and wholesale buyers are all welcome to come tour our facility. Our basic site fee includes: Use of our event lawn with running water and electric hook-up. Guest use of our olympic size garden croquet court. Your flowers, floral arranging, and set-up of florals on the day of your event. An on site white dove release. Parking attendants. Farm Florist Services If you want specialty cut flowers fresh from the farm that are pulled together into breathtaking arrangements then we are here to help. Our farm grows beautiful flowers specifically for events like yours. We have an outstanding floral design team with experience in weddings, funerals, graduations, showers, corporate events, hotels, restaurants, catering halls, and movie sets. Need other organic items for your event? Just let us know. If we are doing your flower arranging we are happy to grow pumpkins in green, blue, white, pink, orange, or beige as amazing living floral vases. We also grow wheat for fall arrangements and berries to be mixed with your summer blooms. Our honey from our farm apiary makes a sweet guest favor and our "white dove releases" can add just the right drama to the day. Our fresh cut flowers are only the beginning.
