Welcome to Space LES, a quintessential Manhattan loft in the trendy Lower East Side next to the East Village! It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Kevyn Aucoin, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. All these items are FREE and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them. Of course, you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture. Shall you need publicity for your event, we'll secure it in an online publication at no additional cost. We’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure that your guests are enjoying an unforgettable special event!

Union Square is the location of the Manhattan Penthouse. Palladian windows, which are found throughout the loft-like space and provide panoramic views of New York City, are installed throughout the building. The venue can accommodate up to 180 guests, making it an excellent choice for corporate functions, weddings, and other social events of all kinds. When Monika Nemeth finished college in Budapest with a major in Hotel and Catering Management, she went to work for Compexpo, where she organized conventions. Her next position was at the Hungarian Pavilion at the 1992 World Exposition in Sevilla, Spain. Monika arrived in the United States in 1994 and began working as the Catering Director at The Downtown Athletic Club in New York City. Her pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and graciousness serve to reinforce the positive attributes of our company. Brian Pancir received classical training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. He worked as an apprentice in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe before becoming Sous Chef at Jean-Georges for four years in New York City. Mr. Brian has worked as a private chef for a number of celebrities, has advised Trader Joe's and Golden Corral, has served as Culinary Director of Manhattan Star Academy, and has been voted Best Chef by Dan's Paper magazine. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys traveling the world in search of fishing opportunities.

The multi-area restaurant idea was invented by Merchants NY, which is also the market leader in the steadily growing "Living Room" dining and drinking category. With 25 years under its belt, Merchants is still committed to providing "great, polite, courteous, and attentive service." Merchants offers traditional American cuisine, a sizable wine selection, and specially prepared cocktails in a stylishly furnished modern setting, making it the perfect place for both dining and drinking. There are numerous private party rooms at Merchants that can hold groups of 20 to 200 people. The "Living Room" has a fireplace and eye-catching furnishings that combine old world elegance with unmatched comfort. Merchants, a real local hangout, serves as many people's "home away from home." It has a comfortable atmosphere that makes it ideal for small groups and private events. Chelsea people watching is ideal at the sidewalk café. Merchants offers a variety of starters, soups, salads, and entrées that are suitable for all palates along with seasonal fare. Located on the Plaza Level of Chelsea’s storied Maritime Hotel, La Sirena offers two distinct dining experiences. The Dining Room speaks to an elegant, more traditional multi-coursed meal. The Bar Room represents a relaxed extension of The Dining Room, fitting whether you’re looking for snacks, a full meal, or you just want to dive head first into a bowl of pasta and call it a day. The menu, which draws from the entire Italian peninsula, may be ordered either “prezzo fisso” or a la carte and is punctuated with a selection of inventive desserts by Pastry Chef Thea Habjanic, ending every meal on a sweet note. During the warmer months, La Sirena features a sprawling 4000 square foot patio, uniquely situated one story above street level, providing an unparalleled al fresco drinking and dining experience. Amidst the cozy, intimate, moodily-lit “Tudor Hacienda” décor, Chef de Cuisine Victor Santibanez (in collaboration with Executive Chef Brad Warner) has crafted an upscale Mexican menu designed for sharing with small plates such as fresh ceviches, tacos and salads, as well as more generously proportioned dishes like Roasted Chile Rellano, Lamb Barbacoa Tacos and Carne Asade. Bodega Negra also has a beautiful private dining room, that can hold between 18-24 guests, making it ideal for group dinners, office parties or birthday celebrations.
