The Duggal Greenhouse is a fully raw event venue located in Brooklyn on the East River waterfront with 35,000 sq. ft of unobstructed space, 70’ ceilings and views of the Manhattan skyline. The venue is a blank canvas ready to be transformed for an exceptional custom event experience. With the hire of outside vendors, the iconic setting can be totally transformed into your desired vision. The full venue can host up to 170 guests, with the ground floor available for 80–100 and the cellar perfect for 40–70. The space features a recording-studio–inspired bar and lounge, along with three private soundproof karaoke rooms for added fun. A professional AV system, large LED displays, a fully equipped bar, a spacious commercial kitchen. There’s also a coat check, and five bathrooms, including one ADA-accessible.

Here’s a breakdown of its features: The space features a long, dimly-lit open space with exposed brick walls that suggest a more laid-back, lounge or cocktail setting. There is a bar or serving area with a sleek design that adds an intimate lounge like atmosphere with a sophisticated marble countertop and glass shelving behind it with the necessary fridge equipment for food and drinks. The back of the space features a a combination of exposed brick and greenery, offering a rustic yet contemporary feel. Hanging pendant lights with woven, natural materials enhance the organic vibe. Furniture includes simple wooden tables and cushioned seating, making it suitable for both informal gatherings and formal setups. There are a total of 6 bathrooms in the space and the basement has a walk in fridge, coat check and food prep area. Our modern gallery venue can host up to 250 people with 13’ - 16’ high ceilings, concrete floors, glass frontage, and a variety of professional AV options. The venue also features a refrigerator and kitchenette, customizable lighting, and other state-of-the-art equipment.
