When he was a student at the Berklee School of Music, he began working in the food and events sector, and eventually went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, the nation's premier culinary school. In the years after graduating from culinary school, he has honed his abilities by working under some of the world's most celebrated chefs, including Steven Starr (Buddakhan) and Rocco D'Spirito (Union Pacific). Ari's most recent position was as General Manager of Sterling Affair, a high-end New York City off-premise catering firm that counts among its clientele members of the Rockefeller family as well as Columbia and Fordham Universities.
