Mount Saint Mary's University offers two distinctive Los Angeles campuses for memorable events and gatherings. Set in the Santa Monica Mountains, the Chalon Campus pairs striking Spanish Colonial architecture with serene surroundings and views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean. LOT 613 is a special event and film location comprised of two vintage warehouses and an adjoining courtyard encompassing 18,000 total square feet. LOT 613 holds a full liquor license, live entertainment, cabaret and dancehall permits as well as a full catering license. LOT 613 sits within a very unique hub of the Downtown LA Arts District, surrounded by well known landmark buildings such as the Biscuit Company and Toy Factory Lofts, restaurants like Bestia, Church & State and Urth Caffé, and local bars including Tony’s, Villains Tavern, Everson Royce and Little Bear. LOT 613 is the home of the PROTOTYPE series. PROTOTYPE brings together some of the city’s foremost promoters presenting upfront house and techno artists, receiving both critical and audience acclaim, and has emerged as a signature series for underground dance music in LA. *per event basis and capacity is given by LAFD once plans are submitted.

Our 4th Hoxton Hotel in the US is located in the heart of DTLA with amazing views of the old movie theatres and shops along Broadway. The Hoxton, Downtown LA is housed in the historic Los Angeles Transit Building, originally completed in 1922 by the Los Angeles Railway Corporation. The gorgeous Beaux Arts building has been fully restored with 174 comfy bedrooms. In addition to our cleverly designed rooms, The Hoxton, Downtown LA will feature meetings and event spaces like our stunning rooftop pool deck and restaurants, as well as The Apartment, with 4 private boardrooms featuring access to The Pantry which serves free snacks, coffee, tea, and water all day long. "Café Basque Los Angeles is a love letter. Straddling the borders of France and Spain, wedged between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic, the Pays Basque (Basque Country) is fiercely independent and culturally and linguistically distinct from anywhere in the world. The cooking is joyful, generous and uncomplicated. Overflowing with excellent local products from the mountains and the sea, it has the particularity of being marked by the use of sweet and mildly hot peppers. Named after a town in the mountains above the port of St Jean de Luz, Espelette peppers were imported from central and south America in the 16th century and are a cornerstone of Basque cuisine in the same way that the American tomato has defined a large part of Italian cooking. Meanwhile, amid this rich culture and history, the Basque coast has been one of the world’s great surf destinations since the 1960s. Someone who writes a love letter is not necessarily a specialist on the subject and I do not pretend to be a specialist in Basque cooking. My love affaire is with France and its regions which have been an infinite source of inspiration to me for more than 20 years.
