Saratoga National Golf Club, a PGA-rated championship golf course, is the perfect spot for catered events, year round. A variety of indoor and outdoor spaces are available, for up to 250 guests. The back patio overlooks the 18th hole of the golf course and picturesque Owl Pond. The reflecting pool and lawn is a popular spot for wedding ceremonies in the summertime, with reception in the adjacent tent. The interior has a grand ballroom, as well as multiple smaller rooms for more intimate party sizes. The Howard Room and Lounge on the second floor has an adjacent patio that overlooks the golf course. All catering is provided by our in-house Mazzone Hospitality team. The Lodge is a perfect location for a dream wedding! With a reputation for exceptional hospitality we offer affordable wedding packages, delicious food and a staff that goes above and beyond to make your day special! The Lodge features beautifully inlaid cedar walls, oak and pecan floors, and picturesque outdoor landscaping. Intimate weddings or rehearsal dinners can be hosted inside, and large wedding receptions can be held in our outdoor tented area. Both the inside of The Lodge and the Tent are engaged for the larger weddings. Our wedding tent features a wood plank stamped concrete floor, a white tent ceiling liner, lighting and window pane tent sides. Our beautifully appointed hotel ballroom offers over 3,000 square feet of customizable space. Also available for use is the charming outdoor terrace with fire pit and outdoor veranda located just off the main ballroom. The main ballroom provides a distinct design, featuring fourteen foot high coffered ceilings, rich finishes and woodwork, custom-designed light fixtures, and a broad expanse of French doors and windows providing beautiful views and direct access to the outdoor veranda. Universal Preservation Hall is a historic performing arts and event venue occupying a restored 1871 Methodist church in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. The building's original High Victorian Gothic architecture — including cathedral ceilings and two-story stained glass windows — was carefully preserved through a renovation completed in 2019, while the interior was modernized with a custom sound system, movable platforms, and an elevator for full accessibility. The 7,000-square-foot venue operates across three floors. The centerpiece is the Great Hall, a second-floor theater-in-the-round with 679 seats suited for concerts, lectures, performances, and large-scale private events. The ground floor houses the Community Room, a 2,600-square-foot space with 15-foot ceilings and ornate columns for gatherings of up to 150 guests, alongside The Chapel, an intimate room for events of up to 75. Together, the spaces accommodate everything from weddings and corporate receptions to ticketed performances and community celebrations. Universal Preservation Hall is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and part of the Proctors Collaborative. Its rental program supports the venue's broader mission of activating downtown Saratoga Springs through the arts.

The Mouzon House is a restored 1883 Victorian estate in Saratoga Springs, New York, offering boutique private events anchored in New Orleans-inspired, farm-to-table cuisine. The property carries a rich history: Ardelle Mouzon-McCoy acquired the home in 1919 and successfully fought its demolition during 1970s urban renewal with support from her church and Skidmore College professors. The Pedinotti family later purchased and restored the house to its original 1883 aesthetic, adding interior murals depicting both family histories and garden imagery. The estate accommodates up to 60 guests for a seated dinner in its largest single room, and up to 120 for cocktail-style receptions across the full house — which includes private dining rooms, a wraparound porch, and a large open-air covered patio. The venue suits boutique weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, showers, birthday celebrations, and family reunions. Menus are customized to each event with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, craft cocktails, and wine pairings. The Mouzon House operates with a strong commitment to sustainability, from its partnerships with local farmers to an events model that tailors food quantities to confirmed guest counts to minimize waste.

The National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame occupies the former Washington Bath House in Saratoga Spa State Park — a Beaux Arts building constructed in 1918 and restored to serve as the only museum in the nation dedicated to American professional dance. Founded in 1986, the museum's galleries document the full arc of American dance through photographs, artifacts, costumes, and archives, anchored by the Mr. & Mrs. Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney Hall of Fame. For private events, the museum's beaux arts Foyer — lined with crystal chandeliers and original architectural details — accommodates receptions and ceremonies alongside the rotating fine art series, Art in the Foyer. The light and airy Southeast Gallery offers a quieter setting for cocktail hours, intimate ceremonies, or smaller receptions. The private courtyard provides an outdoor backdrop for tented events. The Mr. and Mrs. Ronald A. Riggi Theater, a 45-seat black box theater in the northwest wing, is available for residencies, rehearsal space, and private screenings or performances.
