The Historic Everett Theatre is a fully restored landmark on Colby Avenue in downtown Everett, Washington, that opened in 1901 as the Everett Opera House. Falling Water Gardens is a garden wedding and event venue set just beyond downtown Monroe, Washington, a short drive from Seattle, Woodinville, and Bellevue. The property grew out of Falling Water Designs, an award-winning landscape design and build company that has created gardens and water features across the Puget Sound since 2000, and its grounds double as a destination garden center and aquatic nursery. Originally built in the early 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a thoroughbred training facility, the property was converted into a nine-hole golf course in 1992 and remains family-owned today.
