This beautifully restored circa 1817 historic home is perfect for small parties, rehearsal dinners, or intimate wedding receptions. Includes use of lawn area and outdoor gazebo. (Outdoor ceremonies in the gazebo must secure rental of the Elisha Morgan Mansion.) Seating inside the mansion for 42 on the first floor, with additional seating for 24 on the second floor, and an outdoor veranda that seats 40. Ceremony chairs available to rent.

Our Executive Chef can help you create a perfect culinary experience and our sophisticated service staff will execute service with precision. Gold Chiavari chairs are available for $9 per chair, seat cushion and set up included. If guest count exceeds 150 people, more chairs are required to be rented from an outside company for the black banquet chairs, white garden chairs, and the gold Chiavari chairs.

Wetherington Golf and Country Club is a member-owned private country club set on 450 acres of rolling farmland and forest in West Chester, Ohio. Established in 1991 and opened for play in 1992, the club features a championship 18-hole golf course designed by Arthur Hills -- recipient of the Architect of the Year honor in 2002 -- with five serene lakes, deep ravines, and wooded hillsides woven throughout the layout. Built in 1873, The Little Red Schoolhouse is a historic event venue situated on a tree-shaded lawn at 8100 Given Road in the Indian Hill community of Cincinnati, Ohio. The red-brick building and its spacious grounds provide a rural, historical setting for weddings, receptions, parties, business meetings, and all other types of gatherings. The Schoolhouse is rented as an exclusive-use venue -- only one event per day -- giving guests access to both the full interior and the yard. Indoors, the roughly 25-by-50-foot main hall accommodates up to 125 standing or 80 seated at tables. The tree-lined yard expands capacity to approximately 200 guests and is suitable for tented events, outdoor games, and string lighting. The building includes a commercial kitchen with two gas ovens, a gas stove, a double refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. Additional features include a basement dressing area, a school bell, chalkboard walls, a drop-down presentation screen, podium, microphone, speakers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a handicap ramp with accessible restrooms.

Pattison, Ohio's 43rd governor, the property has been stewarded by the Greater Milford Area Historical Society since 1967 and is available for private events year-round. The mansion's interior features vaulted ceilings and intricate woodwork, providing an intimate, architecturally distinctive setting for weddings, bridal showers, afternoon teas, and corporate meetings. Outside, a grounds spanning five acres includes an elegant gazebo and a wooded lot for larger gatherings. Events at Promont can include optional docent-led museum tours, and GMAHS members receive a discount on rental fees. Founded by Tina and Julio Sr. Gonzalez in 2011 after a personal experience navigating a fragmented wedding day, the estate was built from the ground up with ceremonies and receptions in mind from the start. The property now hosts over 100 weddings annually. The Magnolia Barn at 700 Benner Road seats up to 200 guests in a modern rustic setting with white interiors, soaring ceilings, exposed brick, and large windows. Rosewood Manor at 650 Benner Road accommodates up to 250 guests with a southern-inspired aesthetic featuring a grand staircase, chandeliers, balconies, and outdoor ceremony grounds along a creek. Both venues include tables and chairs, dedicated bridal and groom suites, cocktail patios with built-in bars, catering prep areas, handicap-accessible restrooms, and paved lighted parking. Magnolia Estate is an open vendor venue, and optional on-site coordination and decor packages are available through the in-house team.
