We sought to integrate fresh preparations and innovation into New Orleans culinary traditions and culture when I initially opened Emeril's doors in 1990. With an emphasis on innovation and refinement and inspired by the many influences of New Orleans cuisine, we continue to push ourselves to provide our customers with an excellent experience.
