Hotel Peter & Paul
2317 Burgundy St, New Orleans, LA 70117, USAHotel Peter and Paul is the result of a four-year restoration of the former Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic church and school. The site is steeped in history, from the splendid Henry Howard-designed buildings to the school’s appearance in A Confederacy of Dunces, and its author’s (possibly apocryphal) three-person funeral in the church. The former school house, rectory, church and convent have each been carefully restored and repurposed for new congregants. Each building has its own inspiration and narrative, with the resulting restoration ensuring that no two guest rooms are exactly alike. We hope you will honor this landmark by adding to its history through your own experiences.

Race & Religious
510 Race St, New Orleans, LA 70130, USARace & Religious is located along the riverfront of the Lower Garden District, between the Convention Center and Magazine Street. Offering 6,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor floor-space (4,000 indoor), Race & Religious is comprised of three structures on the property. Built in the 1830’s, a two-story Creole cottage facing Religious Street was purchased by owner Granville Semmes in 1977 in complete disrepair. He spent nearly thirty years gutting the property, restoring its original beauty and adding hand-picked antiques and layers of decor. Years later, Semmes became eager to acquire the neighboring corner property at 510 Race Street, which he eventually purchased in August of 2003. The addition was a three story Greek Revival Rowhouse accompanied by a dependency, a hallmark of the property. The labor of love required extensive renovations, including his decision to re-imagine the space by merging the separate homes together with a lush brick courtyard and swimming pool lit by the flicker of gas lamps. The unified space includes two commercially-equipped kitchens, working fireplaces, interior and exterior speakers, balconies overlooking the courtyard and downtown New Orleans.

The Music Box Village
4557 N Rampart St, New Orleans, LA 70117, USAThe Music Box Village is a whimsical village of artist-made interactive "musical houses" that comes together as a result of play, imagination, experimentation, collaboration, community, and hard work. It is a place where all of these elements come together. Each installation is a product of a collaborative effort between artists based in New Orleans and elsewhere in the world, and it draws its inspiration from the one-of-a-kind musical and architectural culture of our hometown, New Orleans. In addition to hosting intensive artist residencies, performances, and panel discussions, our one-of-a-kind art site welcomes guests for the purposes of exploration and play. New Orleans Airlift is an artist-driven non-profit organization whose mission is to collaborate to inspire wonder, connect communities, and foster opportunities through arts education and the creation of experimental public artworks. Music Box Village is the organization's flagship project, and it was designed to look like a collection of music boxes. Our work in the Music Box Village pushes artistic boundaries, but more importantly, it brings together people of all walks of life for heartwarming, creative experiences. These experiences have equal appeal for a musical giant such as Norah Jones, an experimental legend such as Thurston Moore (Sonic Youth), or a gaggle of five-year-olds!

Whitehall Plantation
100 Central Ave, Jefferson, LA 70121, USA- Spaces for 100-150 Guests
- 1 Barn
- 1 Farm
Whitehall Plantation, which was established in 1857 for Francois Pascalis de la Barre and his family and operated as a sugar plantation until 1891, was the first of its kind in the United States. At the time, the plantation encompassed 8,000 acres that stretched from the Mississippi River to Lake Pontchartrain in southern Louisiana. According to historical records, life at Whitehall Plantation was filled with joy and celebration. Other plantation owners, their families, and friends were invited to enjoy Christmas Eve on the plantation, which made for a particularly joyous holiday season in general. The women donned their old-fashioned dresses and danced to Chopin's Minuet in G and Strauss' Vienna Woods with the males of their choosing to the tunes of Chopin's Minuet and Strauss' Vienna Woods. Because of its near proximity to New Orleans and its link to a dirt road known as Labarre Road, the property was chosen to serve as the headquarters for Union General Morgan during the Civil War. The grounds were transformed into a gambling casino in 1919, with dancing to the sounds of well-known orchestras taking place on the premises. A magnificent restaurant had been added to the manor's offerings. The meals were exquisite, the music was excellent, and, if Lady Luck was on your side, your travel back home was enjoyable as well. Magnolia Community Services now has access to Whitehall Plantation's gorgeous scenery, which is maintained by the plantation. Magnolia School, founded in 1935 by Dr. Charles Bloom, was born out of a need for specialized instruction for children and adolescents who were experiencing intellectual and developmental issues. Dr. Charles Bloom wanted to provide for his son, but he quickly learned that there were little resources available to satisfy his son's demands. As a result, Dr. Charles Bloom organized a group of businesspeople to hunt for land on which to build a school for his son. The Magnolia School was founded by private contributions and now runs as a private 501 c3 non-profit organization in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. With the knowledge that a portion of the rental price for Whitehall Plantation is donated to this deserving organization, you can feel good about yourself. We will work with you to create a wedding experience that is as special as your love for one another. For years to come, a Whitehall Plantation wedding will be remembered not just for the scenic settings, which include moss-hung oak trees and the grand staircase entry to the magnificent home, but also for the flavor, flair and attention to detail that we put into each and every event.

City Park Peristyle
42 Dreyfous Dr, New Orleans, LA 70119, USAThe Peristyle was actually constructed specifically for gatherings with dancing. This neo-classical open-air pavilion with a colonnade was designed by Paul Andry in 1907, and it has since undergone various renovations, the most recent of which was completed in 2012, thanks to a generous donation from Mea and Vincent Saia in 1989. One of the most well-liked locations for wedding ceremonies and wedding photography in the park is the Peristyle, which has a view of the lovely Bayou Metairie. Additionally, the location is excellent for picnics and business gatherings like conventions and themed parties. Residents of the area and visitors from across the world have had access to a wealth of natural and cultural resources for more than 170 years thanks to New Orleans City Park. The Park is home to the Louisiana Children's Museum, the New Orleans Museum of Art, the Couturie Forest and Arboretum, the New Orleans Botanical Garden, and the biggest grove of mature live oaks in the world, some of which are about 800 years old.
