The Majestic Theatre Dallas is managed by the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs. The historic Majestic Theatre Dallas is available for public and private events. With a capacity of 1703, the Majestic Theatre Dallas is ideal for many concerts, comedy shows, stage shows and performing arts events. The facility is also used for corporate meetings, nonprofit fundraisers and private events. The Majestic Theatre Dallas is not available for weddings.

An industrial chic venue, we recently underwent a $7MM “to the studs” renovation to make us a perfect location for hosting events of any kind, from an intimate happy hour to a full-blown company holiday party to a private concert featuring a local or national artist with full production. The Bomb Factory and Factory Ballroom is available for daily or week-long rentals, so we can accommodate single-day events and week-long celebrations.
