Saratoga National Golf Club, a PGA-rated championship golf course, is the perfect spot for catered events, year round. A variety of indoor and outdoor spaces are available, for up to 250 guests. The back patio overlooks the 18th hole of the golf course and picturesque Owl Pond. The reflecting pool and lawn is a popular spot for wedding ceremonies in the summertime, with reception in the adjacent tent. The interior has a grand ballroom, as well as multiple smaller rooms for more intimate party sizes. The Howard Room and Lounge on the second floor has an adjacent patio that overlooks the golf course. All catering is provided by our in-house Mazzone Hospitality team. The Lodge is a perfect location for a dream wedding! The Mansion of Saratoga occupies a four-acre estate in Rock City Falls, New York — the restored 1866 Victorian home of George West, the industrialist known as Saratoga's "Paper Bag King." Situated just seven miles west of Saratoga Springs, the property draws on its historical character to offer an exclusive, private setting for weddings and celebrations. Five distinct event spaces span the grounds: the original Victorian Mansion, a Rustic Barn, a White Tented Deck, an English Rose Garden, and a Bucolic Pond area. Guests have full access to the entire property during their event, creating a retreat-style experience rather than a shared hotel or venue floor. Events are supported by on-site catering — with an emphasis on high-quality food and presentation — and a dedicated event coordinator who works with clients to design each occasion around their personal style. The venue hosts weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings, and custom celebrations, with packages ranging from midweek all-inclusive weddings to fully bespoke weekend events.

Universal Preservation Hall is a historic performing arts and event venue occupying a restored 1871 Methodist church in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. The building's original High Victorian Gothic architecture — including cathedral ceilings and two-story stained glass windows — was carefully preserved through a renovation completed in 2019, while the interior was modernized with a custom sound system, movable platforms, and an elevator for full accessibility. The 7,000-square-foot venue operates across three floors. The centerpiece is the Great Hall, a second-floor theater-in-the-round with 679 seats suited for concerts, lectures, performances, and large-scale private events. The ground floor houses the Community Room, a 2,600-square-foot space with 15-foot ceilings and ornate columns for gatherings of up to 150 guests, alongside The Chapel, an intimate room for events of up to 75. Together, the spaces accommodate everything from weddings and corporate receptions to ticketed performances and community celebrations. Universal Preservation Hall is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and part of the Proctors Collaborative. Its rental program supports the venue's broader mission of activating downtown Saratoga Springs through the arts.

The Mouzon House is a restored 1883 Victorian estate in Saratoga Springs, New York, offering boutique private events anchored in New Orleans-inspired, farm-to-table cuisine. The property carries a rich history: Ardelle Mouzon-McCoy acquired the home in 1919 and successfully fought its demolition during 1970s urban renewal with support from her church and Skidmore College professors. The Pedinotti family later purchased and restored the house to its original 1883 aesthetic, adding interior murals depicting both family histories and garden imagery. The estate accommodates up to 60 guests for a seated dinner in its largest single room, and up to 120 for cocktail-style receptions across the full house — which includes private dining rooms, a wraparound porch, and a large open-air covered patio. The venue suits boutique weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, showers, birthday celebrations, and family reunions. Menus are customized to each event with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, craft cocktails, and wine pairings. Excelsior Springs Event Center is a classically-inspired banquet hall in Saratoga Springs, New York, conveniently located near the heart of downtown. The main ballroom accommodates up to 260 guests for seated banquets and galas, or up to 300 for theater-style events, and can be divided into two smaller sections — Excelsior East and Excelsior West — for more intimate gatherings. A sun-filled foyer and outdoor patio provide additional space for cocktail hours and pre-event mingling. The in-house culinary team prepares American cuisine with options for gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, vegetarian, and nut-free menus by special request. Certified wedding and event planning professionals are on staff to guide clients from booking through the event day. Adjacent to the Courtyard by Marriott Saratoga Springs, the venue gives guests access to 143 hotel rooms, a dedicated bridal suite, a pool, and a 24-hour fitness center. The National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame occupies the former Washington Bath House in Saratoga Spa State Park — a Beaux Arts building constructed in 1918 and restored to serve as the only museum in the nation dedicated to American professional dance. Founded in 1986, the museum's galleries document the full arc of American dance through photographs, artifacts, costumes, and archives, anchored by the Mr. & Mrs. Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney Hall of Fame. For private events, the museum's beaux arts Foyer — lined with crystal chandeliers and original architectural details — accommodates receptions and ceremonies alongside the rotating fine art series, Art in the Foyer. The light and airy Southeast Gallery offers a quieter setting for cocktail hours, intimate ceremonies, or smaller receptions. The private courtyard provides an outdoor backdrop for tented events. The Mr. and Mrs. Ronald A. Riggi Theater, a 45-seat black box theater in the northwest wing, is available for residencies, rehearsal space, and private screenings or performances.
