The STEM Building at Kean University brings together two signature event spaces — a glass-walled atrium and a sixth-floor rooftop terrace — on a 180-acre campus in Union, New Jersey, less than 30 minutes from New York City. The Glass Atrium & Rooftop accommodates up to 175 seated guests in a space defined by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a natural pond and outdoor porticos suited to photography. One floor up, the STEM Rooftop opens to sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and seats up to 125 guests — a setting well suited to wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and birthday celebrations. The STEM Auditorium, seating up to 314, rounds out the building's event offerings for presentations, conferences, and larger gatherings. Kean Conference & Event Services manages the building's event program and includes a personal event manager, A/V equipment, tables and chairs, high-speed WiFi, and self-parking with every rental. The standard eight-hour rental provides two hours for setup, five hours of event time, and one hour for cleanup.

Liberty Hall Museum occupies 23 acres in Union, New Jersey, on the grounds of a Georgian-style residence built in 1772 by William Livingston — New Jersey's first elected governor and a signer of the United States Constitution. Over seven generations of the Livingston and Kean families, the original 14-room home grew into a 50-room Victorian mansion that now houses collections of antique furniture, decorative arts, and clothing spanning more than 250 years of American history. The estate hosts private events from May through October, welcoming up to 150 guests for weddings, conferences, workshops, and celebrations. Its formal English parterre garden and maze, fragrant rose garden, historic herb garden, apple orchard, and 12-acre ArbNet-recognized arboretum provide a setting shaped by centuries of garden design. An 1882 Carriage House and a tented reception area alongside the gardens offer distinct settings for ceremonies and receptions. Wedding guests are invited to explore the mansion's historic rooms through guided tours while festivities are underway.

Tyler Gardens is a four-tier formal garden estate in Newtown, Pennsylvania, just outside Tyler State Park along the Neshaminy Creek. The gardens were built in 1931 by George F. and Stella Elkins Tyler as the formal landscape setting for their estate, Indian Council Rock, and draw their design from French and Italian garden traditions. Terraced lawns, stone walls and staircases, gravel pathways, fountains, and bronze sculptures give the grounds a park-like, treehouse-like setting surrounded by tall trees. The property offers three main spaces for events. Tyler Hall, an elegant mansion setting with exclusive use of the first floor and a wrap-around patio, suits gatherings of up to 75 guests as a ceremony space, cocktail hour location, or rehearsal dinner venue. The Garden Tent hosts 100 to 350 guests between April and November, with private use of the gardens for a five-hour event plus two additional hours for photography. The Orangery is a bright, versatile space for micro events of up to 30 guests, or up to 100 when paired with an add-on package, suited to rehearsal dinners, social celebrations, or cocktail hours. Tyler Gardens is managed exclusively by Open Aire Affairs, which provides on-site event coordination, and hosts weddings, micro-weddings, birthday parties, supper clubs, bridal showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, fundraisers, and rehearsal dinners.

HollyHedge Estate is an 18th-century farm and estate perched above the Delaware River near New Hope, Pennsylvania, in historic Bucks County. The original stone structure was built in the 1780s by carpenter Watson Fell, whose family farmed the land for nearly 240 years; in the 1930s, former Trenton Times editor James Kerney transformed the property into a private estate, adding the ornate English gardens that still shape its grounds today. The Luccaro family has owned HollyHedge since 1994. Couples and corporate groups can choose from indoor and outdoor ceremony options across the property, including the courtyard and the Historic Stone Barn for cocktail hour, and a modern event space for formal receptions. HollyHedge's in-house planning team and catering staff handle every wedding on site, preparing seasonal menus with local farmers and distributors, and a liquor license allows the estate to offer bar service as part of its wedding packages. The Estate also operates The Inn at HollyHedge, 15 guest rooms set in the original manor house and fieldstone outbuildings, giving wedding guests a place to stay just steps from the celebration. Kelli Connell's twenty-year study with one model is an introspective examination of sexuality and gender roles in intimate relationships that form self-identity. The project investigates identity polarities such as the masculine and feminine psyche, the irrational and rational self, the outward and interior self, and the motivated and resigned self. Body language and clothes define the dualities of the person by mixing several photographic negatives of the same model in each image. The significance of these photos rests in their portrayal of internal conflicts as an outward object: a photograph. The spectator is presented with "constructed realities" through these pictures. Rentals and Photoshoots Holding your event at the Alice Austen House gardens is an opportunity to participate in New York City history. With magnificent views of lower Manhattan and Brooklyn, the historic venue offers outdoor leases for wedding ceremonies and shooting opportunities. The Alice Austen House offers a unique background for your wedding ceremony or photo/film shoot, with lovely period gardens, a landmarked Victorian Cottage, and a wide waterfront vista of the New York harbor. Only wedding ceremonies, business retreats, and film and photoshoots are now available for rent, and this historic New York location is the ideal setting for these events. Wedding ceremony rental fees are $750, which includes a site visit and consultation with our rentals experts, as well as administrative costs. Space limitations and gathering size guidelines limit the capacity of outdoor ceremonies and interior business retreats. Photo permits are required for any video or photoshoots on the ground, and cost $75 for up to two hours.
