American Cut, created by LDV Hospitality, pays homage to the original and aspirational New York dining experience- The steakhouse. The restaurant captures the nostalgic glamour of yesteryear and adapts this ambiance to today's modern social life. The menu combines bold flavors and a unique style to create the restaurant’s take on American classics, like our house favorite Chili Lobster and the 40 oz. Tomahawk Chop. A mix of tableside preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned to the OG 1924 Caesar Salad, create a colorful and i nteractive dining experience. Well& by Durst is a constantly evolving experience designed to energize, inspire and connect our guests in a healthy and productive environment. Well& by Durst is the premier event and meeting space on the 64th floor of One World Trade Center, with up to 10,000 square feet of usable space. On event day, your guests will enjoy unparalleled views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, as well as the Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges, along with the use of our in-house furniture, state-of-the-art technology equipment, and breakout and common area rooms. We customize each event and meeting hosted here, meaning the total event fee is based off your specific event needs and consists of a flat-rate venue fee plus a per person catering package.
