The Stone House is a historic event venue set within the Bear Creek Greenbelt in Lakewood, Colorado. Constructed between 1859 and 1864 from stones pulled from Bear Creek and rough-dressed sandstone quarried from the nearby hogback, the property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its 18-inch thick walls and age give it a character rare among Colorado wedding venues. The grounds sit within a manicured green setting of mature cottonwood trees, lawns, plant beds, and patio areas — with walking paths and ponds nearby for portraits after the ceremony. Ceremonies can be held outdoors beneath the cottonwood trees, while the interior accommodates up to 35 guests and the surrounding grounds accommodate up to 100. Evergreen Red Barn is a historic barn event venue set on 11 acres in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, located in Evergreen, Colorado — roughly 30 miles west of Denver at an elevation of 7,723 feet. The barn was built in 1958 and fully renovated in 2000. Originally operating as Meadows at Marshdale, the property became Evergreen Red Barn in 2018 and has since hosted more than 400 weddings, along with family reunions, graduation parties, retirement celebrations, vow renewals, and other private events. The venue's two primary spaces accommodate up to 115 guests each. The Red Barn is a three-story structure with a main-level Great Room for up to 80 seated guests and a wrap-around upper balcony for an additional 45 seated guests, plus a lower-level indoor bar area suited for cocktail hour. The Mountainside Arbor is an outdoor ceremony site available May through October, nestled among tall pine trees and aspen along a short winding path from the barn. Evergreen Red Barn operates as an open-vendor venue — couples may select their own caterer, photographer, and DJ. A pre-approved list of licensed and insured bartenders is required for alcohol service, with beer, wine, and champagne permitted on-site.

The Richards-Hart Estate is a historic Victorian mansion set on three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Built in 1877 and extensively remodeled by Leadville merchant Patrick Hart beginning in 1926, the estate was purchased by the City of Wheat Ridge in 1976 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. The mansion hosts weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, and community gatherings. Inside, period colors, wallpapers, and rich wood trims create a turn-of-the-century atmosphere. Separate dressing rooms are available for the wedding party, and a catering kitchen provides storage and serving space. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds include a ceremony arbor and fountain surrounded by manicured gardens. The estate accommodates up to 75 guests for combined indoor and outdoor events from May through September, and up to 50 guests for indoor-only events from October through April. The property is available for private rental seven days a week.
