Pennsbury Manor is a 43-acre historic estate on the Delaware River in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, built as the country residence of William Penn, founder and first governor of Pennsylvania, beginning in 1683. The property includes a reconstructed Manor House along with period gardens, stables, and outbuildings that reflect Penn's original vision for the site as both a family home and a center of colonial governance. For weddings and private events, Pennsbury Manor's grounds host outdoor ceremonies, receptions, and parties for up to 500 guests on weekends from May through October, set against river views and the estate's historic gardens and structures. Sayen House & Gardens sits on 30 acres in Hamilton, New Jersey — a historic property established in 1912 when Frederick Sayen purchased the land and built a bungalow-style home surrounded by plants gathered during his world travels. The grounds today feature more than 1,000 azaleas, nearly 500 rhododendrons, and over 250,000 flowering bulbs, woven together with walking trails, fish ponds, and gazebos set within wooded land. The house accommodates up to 98 guests and is available for wedding receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, private parties, holiday gatherings, showers, and business meetings.
