Cross Creek Country Club sits at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Mount Airy, North Carolina, on land that was once a working farm. Established in 1973 around an 18-hole golf course designed by architect Joseph Lee, the semi-private club pairs fine dining and recreation with a full calendar of private events — weddings and receptions, corporate meetings, golf outings, and holiday gatherings. A 2001 clubhouse renovation added the Grand Ballroom, the club's largest event space, which seats up to 350 guests and opens onto a balcony overlooking the course. Beyond the ballroom, the club offers a range of indoor rooms and an outdoor pavilion, accommodating everything from small private parties to celebrations of up to 350 guests. Wedding parties can hold ceremonies at the scenic pavilion or creek-side settings before moving indoors for the reception. Events are supported by an in-house team that coordinates food and beverage, room setup, and audio/visual needs, with wireless internet throughout the clubhouse. The Sunset Grille restaurant, along with swimming and tennis facilities, rounds out the property.

Rosa Lee Manor is a family-owned wedding and event venue set on 200 acres of historic farmland in the Blue Ridge Mountains foothills, five miles from Pilot Mountain, North Carolina and approximately 30 minutes north of Winston-Salem. The property has been in the family since the early 1800s; the venue was founded in 1994 and named in memory of Rosa Lee Adams Hunter, the owners' paternal grandmother. The grounds offer several ceremony settings — beneath a gazebo, beside a weeping willow, at an arched garden entrance with a fountain, or in front of a rustic board fence — surrounded by rose and perennial gardens with water features and mountain views. At the center of the property, the 3,000-square-foot Carriage House provides a dedicated indoor space for receptions and ceremonies, with 20-foot ceilings, oversized barn doors, and walls of glass overlooking the surrounding landscape. The space accommodates up to 150 guests for seated dinners. Rosa Lee Manor provides banquet tables, garden chairs, linens, centerpiece options, and a Yamaha sound system. Outside caterers are welcome, and beer and wine are permitted. All-inclusive weekend packages are available, along with overnight accommodations in the Main House and The Farmhouse on the property.

Few event venues carry the kind of lived-in history that makes a celebration feel genuinely special. Klondike Cabins is one of them. Nestled on 100 acres in State Road, North Carolina, the property began in the early 1920s when John Hanes of Hanes Hosiery built the first cabin as a family retreat. His brother-in-law Thurmond Chatham later joined him in developing a working estate where prize Golden Guernsey cattle grazed, polo ponies were bred, and the dairy was known for producing what the families called "the best chocolate milk in the world." The cabins still hold the artifacts of those years: Chatham blankets, wood-burning fireplaces, antique firearms, and taxidermy gathered on the property itself. Today, Klondike Cabins welcomes weddings and private gatherings for 10 to 500 guests, with 42 acres of walking grounds and gardens for ceremonies and receptions under an open sky. The Lodge (the largest of the four restored cabins) serves as the central gathering place, with a full dining room and comfortable common spaces. A 2-acre fishing pond, sweeping views across 60 acres of neighboring vineyard, and the constant backdrop of deer, wild turkeys, and native wildlife make every event here feel like an escape that guests won't soon forget.

Round Peak Vineyards is an estate winery nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains outside Mount Airy, North Carolina, within the Yadkin Valley American Viticultural Area. The property spans 12 acres of estate vineyards producing award-winning French and Italian varietals — including Nebbiolo, a grape cultivated by only two wineries in the state — all estate-bottled from grapes grown on site. The venue hosts private events from ten to three hundred guests across a collection of distinct outdoor and indoor-outdoor spaces. The Vineyard Gazebo sits at the heart of the vineyards with sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, making it a popular setting for ceremonies. The renovated Crushpad serves as an event and reception space, while the winery building offers an indoor-outdoor configuration to expand capacity.
