The ballroom features a wooden dance floor, a bridal suite with a private bathroom, and coat check service, along with over 200 parking spaces and full handicap accessibility. Corporate clients have access to day-meeting packages that include audiovisual equipment and complimentary wireless internet. Wedding packages include a five-hour reception with open bar, a champagne toast, floor-length linens, and personalized planning services, with catering handled in-house by the Capozzoli family's own team.

Wyndham Alumnae House sits on the campus of Bryn Mawr College, a fieldstone farmhouse built in 1796 that once served as home to Quaker widow Patience Morgan and, later, industrialist Theodore Ely, who renamed the property Wyndham in 1893. Bryn Mawr College acquired the house in 1926, restoring the original structure and adding a modern wing funded by alumnae donations. Notable guests over the years have included Katharine Hepburn, Sandra Day O'Connor, and Gloria Steinem. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for events, from intimate dinners for two to elegant sit-down dinners for up to 150 guests, with cocktails and dancing on its flagstone terrace. Guests gather among wonderfully appointed rooms with understated elegance, just steps from Bryn Mawr College's historic gardens and arboretum. Spring Mill Ballroom has hosted weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania since 1973. The venue sits on a historic 32-acre property overlooking the Schuylkill Valley, with a recently renovated ballroom offering natural light, a large dance floor, and views of the surrounding grounds. The single ballroom space spans 3,800 square feet and holds up to 250 guests theatre-style or 225 for seated events, suiting everything from weddings and bar and bat mitzvahs to corporate meetings and awards ceremonies. It comes equipped with a full bar, a state-of-the-art kitchen, WiFi, a wireless microphone system, and a built-in projector and screen for presentations, along with a bridal party changing room and an outdoor lawn area. The venue is handicap accessible and offers free on-site parking for guests.

Harrah's Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack sits along the Delaware River in Chester, Pennsylvania, pairing a full casino floor and live harness racing with dedicated event space for weddings, galas, and corporate gatherings. Its Event Center occupies a separate floor from the main casino, with a private balcony overlooking the racetrack and the river, and can be arranged for anywhere from small meetings to receptions of over 1,000 guests. The Event Center's Grand Ballroom spans more than 11,000 square feet and can be used as a single room or divided into smaller sections, including the Harrah's, Horseshoe, and Caesars rooms, to suit events of different sizes. The Block offers additional state-of-the-art meeting and event space built for conferences, workshops, and presentations. Tyler Gardens is a four-tier formal garden estate in Newtown, Pennsylvania, just outside Tyler State Park along the Neshaminy Creek. The gardens were built in 1931 by George F. and Stella Elkins Tyler as the formal landscape setting for their estate, Indian Council Rock, and draw their design from French and Italian garden traditions. Terraced lawns, stone walls and staircases, gravel pathways, fountains, and bronze sculptures give the grounds a park-like, treehouse-like setting surrounded by tall trees. The property offers three main spaces for events. Tyler Hall, an elegant mansion setting with exclusive use of the first floor and a wrap-around patio, suits gatherings of up to 75 guests as a ceremony space, cocktail hour location, or rehearsal dinner venue. The Garden Tent hosts 100 to 350 guests between April and November, with private use of the gardens for a five-hour event plus two additional hours for photography. The Orangery is a bright, versatile space for micro events of up to 30 guests, or up to 100 when paired with an add-on package, suited to rehearsal dinners, social celebrations, or cocktail hours. Tyler Gardens is managed exclusively by Open Aire Affairs, which provides on-site event coordination, and hosts weddings, micro-weddings, birthday parties, supper clubs, bridal showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, fundraisers, and rehearsal dinners.
