Mackay Gardens and Lakeside Preserve occupies 112 acres along the north shore of Lake Rochelle in Lake Alfred, Florida. At the heart of the property stands a red-brick Craftsman-style mansion built in 1915 by Scottish entrepreneur Alexander Mackay — a house defined by sleeping porches, wide column-framed porch spans, and grounds that have been landscaped for well over a century. The estate is available to rent for weddings, receptions, corporate retreats, family reunions, and private parties. Two outdoor ceremony sites frame the options: the Garden Room, anchored by a walled brick archway draped in greenery, and a lakefront gazebo with views over Lake Rochelle. The mansion's formal dining hall suits intimate indoor gatherings, while the back lawn and 40-by-60-foot back patio open the property to larger outdoor receptions. Bridal and groomsmen dressing rooms are available on-site, and renters may bring vendors of their choice for catering and services. The Parks and Recreation Department manages bookings directly through the City of Lake Alfred.

Colonial Country Club is a private club and event venue set within a gated, master-planned community in Fort Myers, Florida, overlooking an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis and framed by a network of lakes. Following a $6.5 million clubhouse renovation completed in 2020, the venue expanded its indoor and outdoor event spaces, added a new bar, and enlarged the kitchen — all now managed by Troon Privé. Though Colonial is a private membership club, its event facilities are open to non-members for weddings and private celebrations. The modern Ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests with panoramic views of the fairways and lakes, while an open-air screened patio and a west-facing back portico — overlooking a pond and the 18th green at sunset — provide ceremony settings suited to a range of preferences. Founded in 1911, Clearwater Yacht Club is a waterfront private club on Clearwater Beach, Florida, and one of the original 13 founding members of the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs. The club began as an informal gathering of winter residents in a small fishing village and has grown into a year-round community institution rooted in maritime tradition. The club's private event facilities include the Main Dining Room, which seats up to 100 guests with buffet or plated service, a dance floor, and views of the marina. The Dry Dock offers a more intimate setting for gatherings of up to 50 guests, with access to the outdoor Tiki Deck. The Boardroom accommodates up to 13 guests for private meetings or dinners. Events are supported by the club's culinary and service team, with options for plated, buffet, or appetizer-only menus.

The Clearwater Beach Recreation Center sits on the banks of Mandalay Bay at 69 Bay Esplanade, positioned between the bay and the Gulf of Mexico on Clearwater Beach. It is the only recreation center located directly on the beach, sharing the complex with the Clearwater Beach Library. The facility offers a social hall with a kitchen, fitness center, and multi-purpose rooms available for private event rentals.
